One of the worst manager interactions Ive experienced. I called the store prior to my arrival, and was told they fill propane tanks. I arrive, and after several employees had no clue if they did, we waited in the back for 6-7 minutes waiting for an answer, while listening to one of the employees in the back yell profanity. After I found the employee I originally asked he stated he still was waiting for an answer and would find out. After he said they didnt, I spoke to the manager who seemed he could care less his employees were giving bad information, wasting customers time, and allowing his customers to hear his employees profanity. This was only my third visit and will be my last, but they were kind enough to point me to the Lowes down the street for my needs.

The store is clean, the staff nice. Was very disappointed when the products that were listed " in stock online " were in fact NOT on the shelves. I drove out of my way to visit this store for the 1st time. The staff said " if you dont see it, were out ". I took my business to a LOCAL feed store, Anitoch Feed. They had ALL the products I was looking for at a good price. TSS in Zephyrhills is MUCH BETTER. I must add Bliss Feed off of Chauncy in Zepyrhills is a great store...very good prices !

Ive been going to this Tractor Supply for many years now and have became adapted to their mediocre service. Recently theyve hired some new employees in particular a guy named Derek which is a remarkable. He shows attention to each customer, actually helps when they are short on cashiers and helps loads vehicles if needed. He didnt ask for a review but deserves a good one. I recommend this Tractor Supply now. Marcus

The customer service there is really bad there is never anybody to help you or assist you when you need something for example today i was there in need for one of there employers to get me a dog trainer kit no one to be found told my son to tell the cashier to call someone and nothing. They really need to work on that but other than that its fine as long as you dont need them for something.

I usually enjoy shopping here but today I inquired about a sprayer tank they had opened and left weathered but new. I was hoping to get a deal off the $350 price since parts are missing. Employee says they will only take $50 off and theyre not willing to negotiate. Not worth any more of my time there so I left and dont appreciate the tone of voice!

Theres a great variety of stuff in this place at a reasonable price. I enjoy looking around. They also have some clothes, shoes and jewelry. I purchased a pretty nice bird feeder at a good price, squirrel resistant. The only complain is that the staff here are not friendly.
