My experiance at this location was nothing more than excellent. The staff was very polite straight forward and I found they had a sense of humor so they were very outgoing. I had come to this store to preorder my NOTE 8 and find my girlfriend a new phone to add onto my account. They didnt try selling me anything I didnt want, they asked what kind of platform we were looking into purchasing and they made the process very smooth and easy. When my phone came in they had called me that morning to notify me. They showed me how to use it and a few other new features on my new device that my note 5 didnt have, they even installed my otterbox and glass screen protector for me that I had also purchased. (VERY THANKFUL, im bad at installing screen protectors) Above all I will definitely be taking my business here again. Great staff, great environment, great store. Thank you!

Went to this sprint store to find out about replacing my phone that I have insurance on. Without even looking up my info, or looking at the phone, they told me I needed to go to Gainesville to a different sprint store so that they could send it out. I asked for directions and the store manager handed me a piece of paper with a number handwritten on it and pointed me to a landline phone in the store. I actually had to get directions from another customer in the store. After getting to Gainesville (45 minutes out of my way) the rep helped me file a claim on a website. When I asked if this could have been done at the previous store he assured me it could have been. They could have also given me the the website so that I could do it at home. This is the second or third rude encounter I have had with this store. I do not recommend them or Sprint.

My 80 year old grand mother had a problem with her iphone it was frozen all this store had to do was reset it through the computer but when they realized they werent selling her anything they refused to help her so now she had to mail it to me in New York reset the phone and I mail it back to her. Shes been with out her life line for a week all because these guys dont show common courtesy to the customer. Avoid these greedy scammers and go somewhere else!!!

Good customer service. Worked with us to get a good deal. Probably not the best deal possible, but were happy with what we got. The staff was willing to stay long after closing to help get the new phones set up after some troubles with transferring from the old. They went above and beyond and were very patient and cooperative.

I am not trying to sound like a jerk, but I am sick and tired of the last 5 times that I have gone into the sprint store on 17th street, the people that were in that store working, dont know how to do their job, even the manager Stephanie. I was with sprint for 10 years. I have left sprint and will not go back.

Had a similar experience with the other Sprint store. Broke my hotspot screen walking in the store because of the crazy door. Staff didnt seem to care or offer any assistance.
