The store is great but management is awful. They allow young women to work alone and I thought that was against the law. I spoke with the work scheduler - named Shay and she said - basically - too bad. There were 5 employees in the store on Tuesday and a manager but on Sunday at 2-3 pm there was only one person. I was 9th in line - all pumps were full of cars and 3 people were behind me in line. I suppose when a person works alone, they have to lock the doors to use the bathroom. She should have been paid for breaks and a meal break. I am going to talk to the police and the labor board about this. I do not think the police dept. wants a person at any gas station/store alone for safety reasons.

*Evening of 18 June 2015;* Ran my card for $20.00 for gas inside, they pulled that out then put 2 more transactions for gas on hold for $95.00 x 2 Thats $190.00 on hold on my card that I cant use ! I Call them what do they say, "oh sorry call the manager in the morning". I will right after I call the Attorney General and Consumer Affairs for the state of FL !!! *Update:* It took 9 days and I had to inishate a 3 way call between AmEx and Shell to get the $190.00 off my account this is something that the store could have done for me, but would not !

I visited store # 9794 for the first on 1-9-14. The store is immaculate! The shelves are perfect. The stores counters, floors and womens bathroom are spotless. I have never been in a convenient store that was so clean and neatly organized!! Additionally, the staff is very cordial! Great job, Kelly
