Horrible customer service, the people that work here are extremely rude and wont even crack a smile. Came here to exchange an item that was still under warranty, the Cutler Bay location had no problem returning it but since they didnt have the item we wanted the exchange for in stock we decided to do the whole transaction at this location and thats when we had to deal with Justin. Justin gave us a huge hassle to return the item he was so nasty. He agrees to do the exchange only after we phoned the cutler bay location and had the staff talk to him (they had phoned this location before us going to make sure they had the item in stock and that it wouldnt be a problem changing it and the staff member they spoke to told them it wouldnt be a problem) then he tells us that we are going to lose a lot of money because the item we are exchanging for is cheaper than the original purchase. We asked if we would get the remaining balance on a gift card and he said no we dont do that here. Are you kidding me!?!? Eventually he decides to do the exchange only because we had to debate with him that that is not the way things work, and finally he exchanged our item and gave us the remaining balance on a gift card. Why the hassle!? I was furious when I left this store and I will never go here ever again. If the cutler bay location doesnt have what I need I rather wait for them to order it for me. Jason is an extremely rude a**hole avoid him and this store if at all possible.

It has mostly all you need when in a hurry. I say that because the mark up on almost every single item is 300%. It is ridiculously expensive compared to any auto parts or buying the exact same product online. Again, it will save you in a bind because they have very good store hours, closing at 8pm on weekdays and open Sat and Sunday but the prices will destroy your wallet

Typical west marine nestled in a busy strip mall. Parking can take a few minutes. They keep a fair inventory for your nautical needs. Call ahead to be sure. A bit pricy in general but sales are good bargains to look for.
