DONT SHOP HERE!!! Ive been to this store a few times and every time I was disappointed. The store has almost no selection on thinks you actually need like zinks. Theirs only one person who works in the store at so theirs no help at all. The manager wouldnt return a broken boat hook that has a lifetime warranty. Ive changed out a few of them over the years and Ive never had a problem ever!! West marine is great, just not Cutler Bay!!

I called last minute before closing time to see if they had some oil for the boat in stock. Luke answered the phone and let me know they had it. He was willing to wait for me to get there after closing time. I got there at 8:30! Every worker there greeted me nicely and even helped me take the oil to the car. The best customer service I can ever ask for! Thank you guys!

Poor store. Poor service and selection. Tried to return an online order once (brand new unused in packaging) and not only did the manager argue with me because "it was going to affect his numbers", but he even used profanity. Finally he did the return. With west marine prices we should get top notch service not a hassle. Some "hassle free return policy".

First have to wait from 9:00am to 10:20 for them to open. Second, only 1 person for the store and couldnt help us to get paint that cost more than $100. Is like he didnt wanted to wait on us like the Pretty Womans movie, so we changed our minds on spending more. Too bad, so sad, and is not the first time that it happens to us. I wonder why?

Drove all the way to this store after work and they had closed early. They were locked up, bars closed across the store and countung the register long before time posted on website. AND wouldnt make an exception EVEN THOUGH they saw me and I pointed out the website said they closed at 8 pm

This store is large enough to generally have what you need. Catch a sale to get decent prices. Traffic is usually terrible in the area, but you gota do what you gota do.
