This is the only enclosed Mall in Pensacola it is the meeting place of young kids and wannabe social socialites and Big Spenders. Its a typical retail cluster with the food court and for the most part its lost in the eighties nothing unique as far as stores go its clothing or tennis shoes makeup Bath & Body Works and some big box stores the newest addition to this is Dicks Sporting Goods. Because of lack of income amongst the populace in Pensacola it doesnt have a draw to larger higher end retail establishments and keeps itself running amongst the middle class. Unfortunately Pensacola refuses to grow and therefore attracts no high paying jobs for Creative employers and has maintained a steady pattern of population loss and Gain without any upward Mobility, most people who live here get stuck here and theyre happy with shopping at the same mall that theyve shopped at for 30 years.

I came from a place with no mall, and before that just a tiny one. This place is great! Delicious food, friendly staff in all the rooms and good deals everywhere. Only one complaint, but might have been a rare thing, the guys in the dark spa were checking out my 14 year old daughter every time we went past. It could have been misread and them seeing who it was and an innocent mistake so Im still giving 5 stars. I also like its by the hospital. Gives the people who are staying with loved ones a little spot to stretch and eat something other then cafeteria food (wish I had something like this a few years ago by the hospital I was at for my 2year old daughter)

Big place, lots of restaurants, lots of parking spaces, which are usually full on weekends. Be patient when looking for a parking spot; I always park way out there, because thats all thats available. Drivers are impatient at stop signs, so be careful driving around looking for a parking spot. Macaroni Grill is a good place to eat. A little pricey, but food is costly nowadays. No wait there usually. Good waiters, fast service, good food. Its big so it could take your large party easily. Never been there at night.

Its filled with places for teenagers and people that dont mind paying high prices to shop in a mall, it is usually filled with unruly teenagers, parking is impossible most weekend days, and it is difficult to navigate. I have lived in the area seven years and have only been to Cordova Mall four times and only because I needed something I couldnt find elsewhere. If you love teenagers, high priced items, parking in the boonies, and crowds, this is the place to go shopping in Pensacola.

From where I live I can go 40 minutes to Pensacola and go to Cordova Mall or 30 minutes to Destin Commons but I dont have to deal with all the tourists and traffic in Pensacola that you do in Destin. Plus its an enclosed mall so when the weather is too hot or too cold or raining you dont have to deal with it. They have just as many good stores as Destin Commons and just as many good restaurants. I would go to Pensacola over Destin any day.

Love this mall and the Food Court. However, at the Tea stand in the food court made all of the different teas with the basic same tea. We ordered green tea and it looked and tasted like brown Lipton iced tea. NOTHING GREEN ABOUT IT. When we questioned the owners, they swore it was green tea. We saw them make other flavored teas from the same stock tea by adding "flavored" syrup. Love the mall, but I did not like the tea vendor.

This is the main shopping destination in the Pensacola and surrounding areas. It has a good selection of stores, eateries, and entertainment options both inside and around the mall. Its across the street from a major area hospital and state college. The regional airport is less than a quarter of a mile down the street. Its a clean property that is well lit at night as well as being safe to shop.

Rednecky paradise...people rude and uneducated. Most struggled to pass the 3rd grade. Racist white power fanaticists. Primarily camo clad inbred "rolltide" saying derpers. Mall is filled with stupid fake people trying to cover themselves with lies to pretend to not be rednecks by wearing tommy hilfiger in high school LOL they think a little money spending can wash away their rednecks...im straight.

I come from a pretty small town. The mall I was used to, I thought was insanely great. Now when I go back home to visit, I wont bat an eye. Cordova has so many nice stores and options to choose from. Plus its always clean and neat. The only thing I dont care for are the kiosk workers. They are way to pushy and it always annoys me.

My friend was kicked out for no reason at all we were spending money having fun enjoying the day and the white mall manager called security and the police for no reason at all all the racist pig had to do was ask him to turn off his music which wasnt even loud and he was to scared to ask him and the fat black rent a cop was a dick

Ive been coming here for a while now and they have been changing and upgrading ever since. A pretty good selection of stores with a clean atmosphere. Most of the security are friendly and there are lots of places to sit and take a load off, and even accommodates to those with low batteries with the charging stations around.

It has so many stores and fun things to do. Most helpful of all is that they provide services for people with Handicaps. I was given a wheelchair to use free of charge. I just left an item with them as insurance to bring the chair back. My husband took our Daughter and her best friend while on vacation and they had a blast.

This place is decent to me. It has a variety of stores to include a very nice Victorias secret. The food court selection is good it has pizza Chinese food and chic filet. There is also as sushi place. Panera Bread is on the outside There is also a Best Buy very close. All around this is a good mall

It is almost the only place to go that is safe, other than Quietwater Beach Boardwalk and the movies. Only drawback is the kiosks - the products sold are cheap, most dont give refunds, employees are pushy about sales, and they crowd the hallways. Dont go on a Wednesday, it is insanely overcrowded.

This mall is both indoor and outdoor entrances. It has a "core" with all of the indoor entrance stores, as well as several extra stores around the outside "shell". It is very clean and safe, and has plenty of options for both shopping and food. We visit here at least once a week to walk or eat.

Probably the best variety of shops in pensacola area and a good atmosphere. Since the remodel it looks very nice. The restaurant selection is great too but the food court is a little lacking. Its always very crowded though, so if youre looking for a quiet place to shop try the outdoor malls.

Though busy everytime i go, i m only giving my opinion base on the stores i visit. The barber shop is great, love the customer service n the fact the cut my sons hair how i want it each time. All the other my fav stores never fail me. Thanks to the lady at Foot locker who helps always.
