Ive never been much of a mall person. For some reason mall air dries out my eyes, and Im not much for crowds. I know these facts should keep me from providing a worthy critique of this place, but I actually think it uniquely qualifies me to render an accurate review. The Cool Springs Galleria has been the quintessential mall experience in the area for years, and really what a true mall experience is supposed to be. It has all the shops you would expect, plenty of dining options and it has maintained high standards to make sure the visitors time is safe and enjoyable. It seems that they are always bringing in new stores, getting rid of ones that arent performing and remodeling areas to make it a comfortable place to be. I often wish that the folks that work in the small carts in the middle of the walkways didnt constantly try to pull you in and the parking was less of an issue, but I guess thats just a part of a thriving mall destination. Im not going to fault a mall for being a mall. All in all Cool Springs Galleria is a great family and shopping destination. Cheers!

This is a nice mall with a decent variety of stores. It is not as large as some other malls nearby nor does it have much in the way of entertainment. They have added some restaurants recently like the Cheesecake Factory and Connors, which makes the food selection a little better. The entrance to the mall by the Cheesecake Factory is not kid friendly though as there are large racy images from a store posted at the entrance doors and down the inside hallway. Its usually easy to get in and out of for the most part with the exception of the Christmas rush. Two main exits on the north and south ends can get jammed up throughout the year.

This mall has undergone a big remodel and expansion in the past two years and the change is very nice! It was a good mall before, but theyve added more stores and overall area. They have also put in several restaurants and re-did the food court, adding booth seating and a less invasive way into the stores from the South entrance (as in, you either had to walk through the seating area, or walk by all the food vendors and be offered samples, a menu, and a spiel about the specials they have). There is also WiFi available now, but its hit or miss...its either super slow, or not working at all, but you get what you pay for!

Family Room floors need some very much needed attention clearly the carpet has been neglected its disgusting you expect a nursing mother to nurse in there gross and an end table is much needed in that room. Theres also a hole in the wall behind the door. I can probably guess that the changing table hasnt been properly sanitized either. The cleaning crew gave me a crazy look when I mentioned it and basically ignored my comment. Otherwise all other areas seem to be well maintained besides this room.

This mall is ugly! It has MACYS, APPLE STORE, KAY JEWELERS, A MATERNITY STORE, AND GAMESTOP!!!!!! EWWWWW!!!!! I HATE THE AMERICAN GIRL STORE, H&M, AND ULTA BEAUTY HERE BECAUSE THEYRE CRAP. The only good food court area here has to be Chick Fil A. Theres no Rue 21 and the Sears is GONE. WHY?!?!? Only good anchor store is Belk, but Macys really sucks here. And the Apple Store sucks too. This mall deserves a whipping in the buttocks, but you could DEFINITELY shop here on Sundays.

Ive been here many times. It is a fairly typical mall that you would find in a sizable city with most of the standard stores. Unlike some other malls in the Nashville area it is located in a thriving business and residential area with no signs of going into decline anytime in the future. It is clean and has lots of other attractive business nearby (Costco, Target, Sams, etc.) There are also plenty of eating establishments from fast food to up scale within a mile of the mall.

There are many good stores within this mall, and they have added onto and renovated it recently. My biggest complaint is that there isnt more restrooms located in various places, and there is only one central elevator. There are restrooms and elevators inside the larger department stores, but the main mall area only has them near the cafe court. On a positive note, they have a family restroom and a small private room for breastfeeding.

If you havent been here recently, they finally added a walkway through the food court. Gone are the days of feeling like youre in a third world market getting badgered to patronize. The visual refresh was much needed and much appreciated. Bonus tip for Starbucks and Chick-fil-A lunch seekers in the Cool Springs area... Youll wait 1/3 of the time here and its right around the corner. Parking can be a little tough sometimes though.

So I thought I would go to the mall for awhile and enjoy some Holiday Sales while the weather gets better (hopefully) thinking it would be nice, quiet, and relaxing. Unfortunately, the well meaning Blood Drive people have the exit from JCP virtually blocked creating a headache so home we go. With all the open space they should leave more room for people flow; its a bit much.

I was once assaulted at this mall. It has been around since grade school and i would say that unless you have bullies you arent likely to have the same experience as me. Still, 4 stars as I was an employee when the first assault occurred and headed to work on the second. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth even though I have otherwise thoroughly enjoyed shopping here.

I have been going to this mall practically my entire life. The Dillards holds memories of some shopping trips with my great grandmother. This mall has a nice Ulta, a pretty big Hot Topic, a huge Earthbound, a sizeable Sephora, and plenty of other great stores. The food court doesnt have the best selections, but there are plenty of restuarants around the mall.

Always very crowded on the weekends and its hard to find stores if you dont already know where they are. Over all its a good place to go if you want to shop, eat, or just hang out with friends. If youre a plus sized lady I recommend my favorite store Torrid. Its on the second floor down from the food court right before you get to Claires.

Great mall- loved being dragged through this and every mall in America. You would think retail stores would learn by now to put couches in every store by now.....makes sense to me. In all reality nothing makes me more displeased as having to use some clothing shelve as a chair. #husbandlivesmatter #suckstosuck

Ive only been inside once to visit the food court to grab some Chick-fil-A, since I was attending a convention not far from the mall. From what I can say, I got a lot to explore before I can ever give this a proper review, but I can tell that this mall will never become a dead mall in the foreseeable future.

This is a great place to shop there are many options to pick from it does look small on the outside but huge in the inside it even has 2 stories and also the parking is a pain. If you go there you probably be amazed also there is a small court area were you can enjoy delishish food Go have fun there
