This is possibly the worst service I have ever receiv ed because my order was completely incorrect with the entire month I spent waiting on my needed glasses and when they came in the lenses were wrong and so were the frames the people who work there apparently have no shame when it comes to customer service, it seems as if this kind of mistake happens more often than nought making it a fine example of the workers incompetence and inability to properly do their jobs that they must experience these complaints weekly yet there is no change in the system I called the central office once I was done speaking to the store manager who offered no help and showed no remorse likewise the central office was not much of help either. I value my time over anything else and to watch the incompetent employees throw it away with no regards is not something I ever wish to befall onto someone else. I suggest going to a different place of business for eyeglasses somewhere where they respect your time and work properly. This store might as well be the very last resort.

06/17/2017 was my first time at My Eyelab! I called for an appointment at 1:30 PM got there 5 min before my appointment!! Got helped picking out a pair of frames then waited about another 15 min or so before I got to do the prescreening test!! Then they told me to wait in the waiting room and Id be called to get the exam done.. At 2:30 PM (1hr later) I was still there waiting to be called which is ridiculous!! Finally complained about waiting so long and the manager (which was a guy and wasnt helpful at all) told me Id be called in 5 min, but then they call someone else.. Like seriously whats the point of having an appointment when 1 hr later youre still sitting then waiting to be helped and on top of that it was my first time which was the worst experience ever!! I dont think Ill be returning to this my eyelab anymore!! The old place is use to go to never made me wait this long when I had an appointment!! I was in and out in no time!! Wanted to try my eyelab for a change, but worst experience ever!!

About 6 weeks ago I bought and payed for the 2 pair deal. I returned to the store 5 days ago and they handed me one pair. I asked for my other pair. The technician looked dumbfounded and after looking at the receipt, told me they would call me in 15 minutes to let me know when I could pick up my other pair. I was already upset that I would have to return to this location since it takes me about a 25 min. to get there. He never called me back. Ever since, I have called them every day--including twice to the corporate office. Every day a different person tells me that they will call me back about my glasses and they never do. It seems no one knows what is going on. Even in the corporate offices I cannot speak to high level people. This business is very unorganized. Even the receipt that they give has the wrong phone number to the store. Stay away from this disaster.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of glasses for my son three weeks ago and to date I have not received them. I was told they would take 10-14 days to make (which is longer than most other optical, I know cause I buy glasses for myself and for my wife as well....oh, and I used to work in the optical field.). I started calling on the 14th day to which they had no idea when I would be receiving the glasses. They promised to email the lab to get an answer and that was five days ago. Nearly three weeks after placing my initial order I called today to cancel my order since they still have no clue when or if the lab can make my sons glasses. Mind you that another optical made his glasses in 1 week. Probably the worst customer service I have experienced. Youre better off buying glasses online or at a competitors than ever buying glasses here.

My recent experience at this location did not turn out well. I purchased a new pair of prescription glasses less that 5 months ago. While on a recent vacation while wearing the glasses the arm just fell off. When I returned from vacation I brought them to the store and was told that I would have to pay a portion of the cost to replace them. I explained to the salesman(Joel) that I felt that this was a defect in the frame and I shouldnt be responsible for any cost. Unfortunately they did not wave the charge. I contacted the corporate offices and there response was to issue a store credit to try to appease me. I feel that it was more important to them to collect the payment than to try to retain a customer for further sales.

Surprised after reading all the reviews as it was the complete opposite of my experience. Came in for a contact exam and was immediately greeted. Ckd in by Amber, who explained the process, then started the process shortly after. Very friendly and professional. Dr. was great as well. Extremely honest and recommended items that were in my best interest and not theirs unlike other eye doctors Ive been to. Its been a while since Ive used contacts but Im not happy with the ones I received yesterday. Called today and they will give me another pair to try out. Paola was awesome as well assisting me picking my glasses! Not a pushy with upgrades and quite honest. Found me a great deal on glasses! Also patient! Overall great experience!

worse experience ever. I have gotten my eye exam in numerous places and I always get my contacts through 1800contacts. I called them and they called the *my eyelab* I went to on pines and hiatus to ask for my prescription. this is natural policy for 1800contacts and ive never had an issue but *my eyelab* refuses to fax them or just tell them my prescription even though ive called to complain. they keep teliing me I need to get a consent form filled out which is a huge inconvenience that no one else has ever put me through especially since I work 66 hours a week and I dont have a fax. this will be the first and last time I have my eye exam with these people they are unproffesional and cant suit the customers needs.

I went to Eyelab about a week ago. It was my first time there and it was AMAZING!!!! They have an amazing special for $99 you can get 3 years worth of eye exams!! Im a girl that loves to save money so this is a great deal (and being a contact wearer I have to have annual exams) When I got there Michelle was such a great help, she let me know about all the deals going on. I have been in desperate need for glasses and luckily they were having a manager special [buy glasses and contacts together and receive 50% both] For everything that I paid I paid less than I normally do at my other doctors office. Overall, great experience, friendly staff, and amazing eye doctor!! <3

It was my first time at my Eyelab and I have nothing to say but excellent things about the MD and staff. Christie, the store manager is amazing, she really knows customer service and find her way to help me out so I could get both of frames as well as Lucy, the technician who help me out also with the best & positive attitude. Prices here are affordable which help a lot when you are a self pay patient. So if you are looking for friendly, positive and excellent service, my Eyelab of Pembroke Pines is the place to go. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Christie and staff for making my experience an excellent one.
