I will never go here again and will be filing a complaint with Wal-Mart Ethics, BBB, and any other organization that handles blatant racial discrimination. On the weekend of July 21, 2017, my father, brother and son went to this store to get lime, beer and potatoes. I asked them to go because my husband and I were cooking. We also live in Palm Harbor. My 56 year old father went to purchase our items and was told that he could not because he was with my son and my son did not have an ID that stated he was 21. My father advised that my he was his grandson and was only 17 and was just with him. My father is African-American, my brother is African-American/White and my son is Hispanic/African-American/White; and my son of course looks nothing like his grandfather and of course does not bear his last name, because he is my husbands son. My father was perplexed because he has never been denied to buy alcohol, especially since this is not prohibition, and I am unsure how Wal-Mart can deny a 56 year old man, a black man, the right to buy beer. The manager told my father that he cannot discern if he was truly my sons grandfather, so he denied him the option to buy beer. The irony of it all is, he stated that it was at his discretion. So if my father was WHITE and my son was WHITE, most likely, it would not have been a red flag for the clerk and manager. But because my father is BLACK and is darker then my son, he was denied beer. How can my father prove that he is my sons grandfather? Does my father need to travel with my birth certificate and my sons birth certificate because his skin color is "too dark" to be his grandfather? Wal-Mart please do explain this to me as a customer. Also, please explain the law that the manager stated he was allowed to blurt out to my Army-veteran father. I will never frequent this establishment with my mixed children or black father again.

Its a very clean Walmart with friendly staff members. Most of the people are helpful when they see you looking for something. My only complaint about this store would be the lack of freshness in their produce, and them being out of stock of certain items on the shelves but not having anyone restock them. There was one time when I went there to get bananas, and the whole entire display was empty... after circling around for a few minutes, I hear the manager laughing saying he didnt even notice there havent been any bananas all day! When I buy produce there it usually lasts a few days- if that. A lot of the time youll find bagged lettuce or veggies that expire that day. No one wants to buy bagged veggies that will spoil by the end of the day! I shop here because of the better deals and convenience, but after so many bad experiences with my fruits and vegetables going bad within a few days Id rather spend the extra time and money and go to Publix for my produce- where itll be fresh in my fridge for almost 2 weeks!

I love shopping at this particular walmart, this store is so clean compared to all the other Wal-Mart neighborhood markets that I had a misfortune to step foot in. The staff are extremely helpful, particularly support manager Scott and assistant manager Eric. They are highly knowledgeable of their store and the products they carry. Always going the exta mile in providing a stellar customer experience among their customer base. Those two individuals in my book, are A+ customer service oriented people with bright careers ahead of them.

The grocery pick-up has gone vastly down hill since they started doing it. I have had to go into the store after picking up my groceries to find the items that were "not on the shelf" in my order, and found them sitting on the shelf. The whole point of the picking up groceries is so the customer doesnt have to go inside. This has happened too many times to make me want to be a faithful customer anymore!!!

This a very unique Walmart, it feels like home, nothing like other Wal-Marts. I forgot my wallet while buying my daughter a small doll, I called the next day and Max and Nicole hold my wallet with all my crefit cards and almost $100 in cash, all was in it when I picked it up. This review dont supply with enough stars for this location and Max and Nicole. Thank you for keeping my Christmas smile.

So happy this Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market opened in our area. We live within walking distance to a Publix near our home, but we shop here, as we head north, on our way home. Well maintained store. Love all the organic products!

Friendly service counter lady. Liquor store personnel not as friendly or helpful. Sale price was marked on item, liquor store attendant refused to re-ring it for the sale price, sent me to service counter.

This is one of the very few Walmarts that you can get plenty of assistance and you can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time regardless of getting one thing or multiple items
