Andrew can truly demonstrate GREAT Customer service! I called around looking for a particular food product because I wanted to completely stock up on it. He had the items and even filled a shopping cart up during the day because I wouldnt be able to come in until the end of the night. That was awesome to just walk in, confirm the items and get out the door within the last 10 mins of the shopping day available. I was elated thinking, I didnt have to run around and my order was INSTANT! He didnt have to do that. I could have pulled everything off the shelves for myself, but he had the extra time and that paid off for me! THANK YOU ANDREW! Youre a Sweetheart! I called in earlier about the product and Ginger was an absolute Doll with taking care of my questions!

Their products are mostly old or overstock items. Some of the prices for that type of merchandise are not really worth the discount because its not marked down like clearance items are at other stores. There, youd notice a 25% discount at most. While other stores that have products in clearance have up to 75-80% discount. And on top of that, other stores try not to sell expired food; they usually send it back to the manufacturer for credit. Its just not worth the cut for expired or nearly expired food. Id probably like it better if at least the food was cheaper.

Called to make sure they had a certain patio set. The guy told me they had it in stock, so we went straight to the store (5 mins down the road). Once we got there the guy helping us said they havent had that patio set in for over two months. Nice waste of time.

This Big Lots is always clean, well stocked and organized. The prices are very decent. I always buy batteries here as theyre several dollars cheaper than other retailers. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Not bad here. Good to browse for something relatively cheap. Not crazy about it though, so I dont come here often. Id rather go to Kroger, Walmart, etc.

Its an older store... but plenty of good deals to be had, usually can get in and out pretty easily.
