Wow, I agree with every person on here. The lady there was not just unfriendly, she was rude beyond belief. Ive never rated anything before, but this experience was so awful, even potential dangerous, that I felt that I had to do something about it. I have a box at the store that I use occasionally for a small side business that I have with my boyfriend. I went in, asked them to get my mail, she asked for my ID, I gave it to her. Since my bf set up the account without me, I wasnt sure how he had done it but I knew that Id never had trouble before with other staff. As I was explaining this to her, the lady, the OWNER she tells me, says that I cant get the mail because Im not on the account. Fair enough. I have no problem with that. I explained that it was a business account and that I had proof of ownership of the business on me. No, its still not good enough. Ok, I can understand that too. But then she goes on to state that the box isnt a business account, its set up as a personal account and that any mail addressed to my business will be returned from now on. !!! What? I KNOW its set up as a business account. So I ask her how to get my mail asap. I explained that my bf is out of the country for three more weeks and that he has the key (we never needed the key before). I asked her for a solution to the problem. Instead of trying to help me, she cut me off at the knees and refused to help me. All I wanted for was advice on how to fix this problem. BUT TO TOP IT OFF!!!!! I AM on the account and it IS set up as a business account. My bf called her and she blamed it on lost paperwork. I understand rules and laws and I can appreciate that she wasnt going to let my mail go to just anyone. Those things I have no problem with. But its the WAY that she handled it thats unbelievable. She couldnt take two seconds out of her day to verify if I was on the account in the first place. And she was so ready to hurt my business by returning my mail, without even LOOKING at my account, that Im still stunned. Im trusting this lady to take care of my mail? No thank you. Shes not just extremely rude and aggressive, she wields the power to ruin my business. My business will be going elsewhere.

Im Steve Williams and Team Leader with Milton K9 Academy Search and Rescue here in Santa Rosa County Florida. UPS Store in Pace,Fl. has provided free Missing Person Fliers for Milton K9 Academy Search and Rescue which has greatly benefited our search efforts in finding many Lost Children. Recent case in point, Missing Teen Richo Click fliers were provided by this store and we located Richo and returned him home safely last night! The Staff are very Friendly,caring and always professional to our Search and Rescue Personell. We want to thank the Staff at Pace UPS Store for helping us find Lost Children in Santa Rosa and Escambia Counties! On a side note, They have great ID Badges,name plates and etc. For several applications that I havent found anywhere else and at a reasonable price.

I used to use the store in Milton, but after a very unpleasant visit recently, I decided to go to Pace to do business. I am so happy that I did! I found out that one of the girls I loved to help me is actually in that store now and I was grated with such great service! I met the new owner and my daughter colored a picture in the kids area while I was helped! By far a great experience, a lower price than the other store, and I will be back!!!!

Unfriendly, costly, and they provide somewhat shady information on USPS rates. They like to quote USPS rates "to be helpful" but they forget to provide information on flat rate packages and/or other USPS shipping methods that may be more cost effective. We would have spent 4 times as much there if we had not checked out the flat rate costs from USPS after visiting the UPS store.

Well, things sure must have changed at this business. My recent experience was completely the opposite of whats been posted for this store. I was treated wonderfully, and was very impressed with the staffs knowledge of their products and services. Definitely not the place depicted by these other reviews. Perhaps they had a bad employee that has since been replaced.

I agree with the other person who commented on the rudeness of the employees. Every time I have visited this location the girls at the front are busy eating and socializing. They avoid answering questions and then are rude and dont seem to have the time of day for the customer. Three thumbs down. Never had this problem at the other Milton location.

What a rip off! The girl charged me $1.07 for ONE piece of tape for a small package. Absolutely rediculous! I told her I will just buy a roll from them and she informed me that "too bad they are sold out" AFTER she had placed the small piece of tape on my package.

Extremely fast and easy visits to this location. The customer service I have received here has been quick and to the point, which is great! I had to return a few shipments to the sender, and they helped me find the cheapest way to do it hassle free.
