A pretty well-rounded, a-little-above- average grocery store (for its location). Good size parking lot, consistency with prices, focus on saving as much as possible, and cant forget the attentive staff and overall customer service each and every time. Well, is there any striking ways to distinguish this store chain location from the others? Not too much, but each location has their own traits. Suppose its safe to say that Publix is on the rise for the past few years, and the quality of each location is influenced by the surrounding local environment as well as the access to a multitude of resources. After all, theres literally a Publix location in each shopping plaza for every defined section and following subareas of the city. Which is great, because Id much prefer Publix over Walmart when it comes to grocery shopping for a few select items. So, its become more and more of a commonality the more growth that comes along. However, Ive noticed the gradual change, or should I say a shift towards a more "concerned public". For example, their Greenwise and alternative items for sale. Honestly, I think thats that is a well decided step to include more unconventional items for the future of grocery shopping, or just shopping in general. Which is why as a customer returning is both easily assessable, desirable and rememberable.

Wonderful store! I live right down the street from this Publix and every time I shop at this location I get nothing but friendly help from every single worker I came across and cleanliness. The managers are great at their jobs which is obvious by how fantastic the store is ran. I have never once had any reason to waste my time by driving to another publix, this one is just so convenient. I once had a boy who was sweeping end up walking me to find 3 different random things on my list which I simply had no idea where they were. I have lived in different areas around Florida and shopped at probably thirty different Publix locations, this one is by far, hands down one of the best stores I have shopped at.

As a chain, Publix is usually great, but this Publix is the worst Ive ever been in due to the staff. No matter when Ive visited this location, the staff is always impolite, in the way, and unhelpful. Half the time they are joking around blocking the aisles and/or seem uninterested in even being there in the first place. I travel 10 minutes out of my way to visit the Alafaya Woods Publix even though this place is closer to my house. Worst customer service Ive ever seen at a Publix. This place has management issues, and doesnt keep to the standards that Im used to when walking into a Publix.

The bakery department is great. I had to buy a cake for a birthday and they customized everything on it for me from the icing to the cake flavors and didnt charge me anything extra. This store is always so clean and the cashiers are great. If you have an issue with something just ask an associate and they will take care of it for you and I have never had a manager had to get involved with resolving an issue.

Everyone who works at Publix is SUPER friendly and awesome, especially the cashiers. I witnessed a situation today where I chasier and bagger had to endure an older gentleman complaining about dry ice, and even when he got in the baggers face, they kept their calm and a smile on their face. The select people who go to Publix are the issue, because the customer service is A+.

I ordered a cuban and asked for it to be pressed and it isnt even hot let alone pressed. I have been there before and the lady pressed it for ne so I know its not that they cant its that they were to lazy. If this was the first time i wouldnt be posting but its not. This stores deli is not consistent at all. I mean seriously its a CUBAN not a cold sub.

I love this Publix. The staff works very hard to give the best customer service. All departments have someone who is willing to help and they will not hesitate to ask if they can help you. To the people writing bad reviews, you must have gone on an off day because this Publix is the best! (Also, please use some grammar and punctuation).

They like to hand out thousands of oxycotin pills but wont support one of the best medcines in existence. Vote yes on 2. Publix you disapoint me. Never will shop there again. But I do realize you make millions off selling pills so why would you want medical marijuana to be available.

Ive 3 times ordered a sub from their website and every time Ive had to go in person and remind them that they have online orders. Whats the point of ordering it online if I have to order it again? That being said, everyone else is competent and helpful.

Cashiers are very nice! But the produce section always has old stuff. Never enough fresh veggies which is why I shop at Publix. Cant wait for the new one here to open because most Publix have awesome produce!

This is our favorite Publix close to us. Its far enough away from the college to avoid the crowds. Staff is very friendly. Product is always fresh. This is always clean and easy to navigate.
