You must go out of state to know that what we have is a jewel, no doubt about it. Yes, I miss Publix soooo much, the service, the smiles and willingness to go the extra mile, the food prepared locally and from the main Publix. Knowing that I can go, purchase a whole load of a cart and request for it to be placed away in their refrigerator(for I had frozen food on it) because somehow I had forgotten my credit card and no money in wallet, they did that for me and then brought it to my car (after paying of course).Love to ask for things they dont seem to have and they try to get it also. All the Publix are nice, and I enjoy the recipies and the convenience of shopping through the internet too. Thanks Publix for trying hard!!!

Ive been shopping at this Publix since spring of 2009, and I can honestly say Ive never had a problem with them like Cassandra. I like the way the store is laid out, I find that their fruits and vegetables are of a better quality than most places around here, and the meat Ive bought has always been good. Ive never once had a problem with baggers packing my bags inappropriately or mixing food with chemicals, in fact, sometimes Ive found that they go overboard with double-bagging chemicals. Ive always been pleased with the service, and one of the primary reasons I like this Publix is because their cashiers are so friendly, but not in a contrived manner.

Its clean and they have a nice set up and they are stocked. But.... of all the workers there Noone asked if you need help and I told the cashier that I forgot to get the coupons from the front and she said its okay it will automatically take the discounts off. LIE! I had my kids I was a little overwhelmed with them they are both young 1 and 3 and I got home and only one out of 3 discounts I could have gotten came off I wouldnt have bought the extra stuff if she told me the truth. I like nsb publixs way better I will continue to go there.

Its always clean. It always what Im poking for, the staff is helpful and knows where things are, but, there is one complaint I have, its when Im checking out and there is a young cashier and a young bragger, they tend to talk about their personal lives and not ready paying attention to my groceries. This only seams to happen with the young employees.... otherwise, Im good to go to publics for 99.9999%of the time...

Was tired and foot hurting. Came to store for a pumpkin pie for my daughter. Pie was just set to fridge and it would take an hour by law to be available. Store assistance manager arranged for me to pay and she took it to my house (since I live close). I am not a special person or anyones friend or family. Just an average customer. So I was very appreciative of the kindness. And so was my daughter .

Crab legs smell like ammonia and bleach. So I bring them back and customer service kid tells me it takes two days for a refund lol. What a joke! This place sucks! We called the management and he knows they use ammonia to clean the crab legs. That makes it even worse when your being served fresh seafood thats been chemically altered by Publix.

Of the four or five times Ive visited this Publix, it has always been very clean, incredibly organized and efficient, with employees that truly go out of their way to help. However, as far as products go, there seems to have been a decline in Publix brand quality. That along with their high costs are enough to look for other options.

This is the best store in town. Their customer service is always on point. When my husband goes in with a list and cannot find something, someone is always there to help. The quality of product is always great. Their bakery is amazing. They took an idea and created a beautiful cake for my daughters 10th birthday.

I saw a teenage publix employee walk a perfectly healthy middle-aged man(registered sex offender) to his truck on the other side of the plazas parking lot to help him with a cart containing 3 bags of groceries. Teenager, dark, sex offender. Shame management dogs, shame.

I love this publix because its so big, some of the other pulblxs stores are small and when its busy its really hard to push a cart around but this publix gives you elbow room. The shelves are always stocked and the service is great.
