I was pleased to learn that you are beginning to build an outside sales force to carry your message to the field. We recognize you as a "full service" business printer! As such, youre not restricted, as many printing firms are, to just simple flat sheet printing. You have done just about everything for us! A variety of Purchase Order Forms, Expense Account forms, various Report forms, etc. Particularly important to us, Rob-you are receptive to any job, regardless of how complicated or difficult. Many business firms take the easy jobs, but dependable firms take tough ones as well. And, even when doing the most difficult, everyone in your firm is always courteous and polite! The Customer Presentation Portfolio that you are developing sounds most professional! Using third party stories, featuring customer letters, is one of the best ways to convince prospective customers that you are EXCEPTIONAL!
