Since you asked for this review, I will supply one: my experience was terrible. Every single customization I wanted on my cards was not available. When I asked multiple times for a mockup or prototype of a card I was asked to pay prior to seeing what I was paying for. Your employee seemed more interested in limiting his workload than supplying the card I wanted. Finally, after I explained that I was not satisfied with what I was offered and would only be interested in continuing our business relationship if I could see a finished product or at least a digital approximation I left, with the expectation that I would not be contacted unless you had something to show me. I have been hounded for the last year by your spam e-mails despite my repeated removal requests. I have NOT seen a mock up of my requested card. I hope this publicly viewable negative review and description of your behavior is enough to get SOMEONE in your poorly run store to remove this address from your mailing list.

I have been using BizCard Express in Orange City for a few years now. Their prices are very low and their product is excellent. The have a keen eye with details and logos. They knew how important is was for our logo to have the perfect color and design. They also honored a warranty issue at which we were very pleased with...that is so important these days...to find a company who can be honorable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants great service and great product. Thank You again and we plan on using your service. E-Tech Restorations.

This place is the Real Deal! Take your work here! They answer their emails thoroughly and promptly! The owner was out when I went there to get my printing needs done but Daemon was right there escorting me back to his desk going over the graphics that I brought in. Daemon gave me professional advice and suggestions and added some necessary finishing touches to enable me to acquire an Outstanding Finished Product! This place gets it! Also received my products a day earlier than promised!

We recently moved our business to a new location. We ordered new business cards and signs for our windows with installation. They printed black letters over parts of black graphics. Black on Black. Useless business cards done on cheap paper. The signs were fine, the installation was a disaster. The signs were full of bubbles and not level. We called a number of times asking them to fix the problems and nothing was done. We asked for a refund and the answer was " NO ".

Customer service is null and void here starting with not returning phone calls from the start. Prices change from time you order and pay to when you approve the proofs. Apparently, they dont know how to give accurate pricing when you order, or they just choose to try to gouge you for more later. Not sure if it is just this store, or company policy of the franchise. If it is just this location, then all I can say is that are giving the entire franchise a bad name!
