I cant believe the way I was treated today. I have been going to this store for 10 years. I was at the beach today and went out of my way to stop by their store. I went in and was told by a manager that next time I came in to wear shoes. I said ok and went towards the cashier. As I walked up the guy stopped what he was doing and started waving his arms at me. He said we would not sale me my liquor because I didnt have shoes on. At this point everyone was staring at him. This is Florida people dont always wear shoes. I left and went to Total Wine , price was better and they said no shoes no problem. I guess ABC should post a sign on their door rather then making a spectacle out of their customers, you would have thought I robbed the place. Screw you ABC you lost a good customer. Total Wine you have a loyal customer.

Stopped mostly to pick up some wine for someone else, had no clue where anything was located or anything about the wine I was asked to get. A gentleman quickly greeted me upon entering, asked if I needed help and took me directly to the locations of the wine and explained different brands, prices and asked if I wanted him to make a suggestion, which I did and appreciated very much. Also picked up some bourbon and the gentleman pointed out several brands and specials they had going. I was told by a friend many years ago to avoid this liquor store chain because they were very over priced, so, out of desperation, today was my first time ever at this chain liquor store and I couldnt be more satisfied and impressed. Thank you!

Fine Wine & Spirits, maybe, but the beer is an afterthought. My first clue was when I noticed that spring seasonal releases were in the store in January. So, I now make it a practice to religiously check expiration dates when Im in the store. Last week was October 2014. I found an entire shelf of Southern Tier bombers from 2012, mostly from January to March. Do they think beer ages like wine, or do they think were not paying attention. There isnt much craft beer available in East Naples. I wish I didnt have to drive past this store on my way to fresh beer across town. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I hate that the product isnt up to their level.

This particular store was very knowledgeable and helpful while shopping in the fine wine department to entertain guests. We bought 2 very nice bottles of wine with their help and everyone was very happy with our choice. They even helped us save money by finding my savings card online that I had forgot I even had. I was very happy as well!
