My visit to this Publix as well as the one on johnson st & university dr was a very poor shopping experiance! As I read from other posts here I agree their are a select few (VERY FEW) employees that are pleasant but most ignore you for odvious reasons I rather not get into (use your imagination). As for the stores cleanliness and food quality well it could be cleaner but its not the worse Ive seen, and as for the food well thats another subject! I purchased a publix brand OJ in the gal. container that was dated to be ok opened it at home to find it turned rotten (sour) nearly hurled when I tried it so it had to be disposed of, and the cut ready to serve mixed fruit bowls were too unripe for consumption, and as for the hot deli food it was way over cooked or sat on the heating lamps all day, it was dried out burnt chicken so I asked the woman behined the counter if she could cook me up a fresh box of chicken she said yes it will take 8 to 10 minutes so I went about my shopping then returned to pickup my order she handed me a double celophane wrapped box of chicken, when i made it home i was shocked to find she passed off the old burnt chewy cold chicken which also had to be disposed of i was so furious I was about to call corprate on her but i decided she wasnt worth the effort and it was time for a store change, and all this because she was too lazy to cook and was only interested in clocking out to go home! This is another reason why I wont return to this place is the staffs laziness & dishonesty, plus the shoppers themselves that go to this supermarket just like the ones that go to the Walmart on university dr. in miramar make it a very ghettoy low class place to shop at! I now shop at the Cooper City Publix where its a much more civilized shopping experiance and better class of people. I gave a generous rating of ★★ based soley on the VERY FEW good employees at this store and thats the only positive point of this place. Publix says?...Where shopping is a pleasure?...YEAH RIGHT NOT AT THIS STORE!

Let me start off by saying I used to work at Publix so I understand the training that needs to be done to exceed quality service. I had an online order at the deli for a sub to pick up on my lunch break. When i arrived only one of the subs were there, finally one of the girls says to me "i dont have tuna so i didnt make yours, i called you and you didnt answer." Not a problem i thought, i was at work. Instead of taking my order then and there and asking what i want instead she walked away and left me waiting in line for 20 mins while i was on a 30 minute lunch break. This all happened infront of the deli manager. Worst experience i ever had and my needs were definately not put first which is Publixs number one priority. Never coming here again.

They usually always carry French bread with sesame seeds and I just went to ask if they did have any behind the counter, which unfortunately they didnt. I asked if I could at least have two of the fresh French bread they were just packaging and they denied me, saying that they were the same bread. Ive worked in a bakery style place and what they love to do is sell you the oldest food first, which is exactly what they were doing. They even said theyre all freshly made! Not really, I know when things are fresh and why youre shoving old food in my face. So disappointed.

I ordered a sub online around 3 & asked for it to be done around 5. I get there about 20 minutes late & they havent even started making my sub. I double checked the address on my online order just to verify that I was at the right publix & it matched - I was at the right publix. Very disorganized & non punctual. First time one of my online orders has been delayed that long, especially given the more than reasonable time frame that i gave them to make my sub.

On 2 separate occasions they were out of Publix Hamburger buns. And they werent even on sale. They are constantly out of stock of BOGO items. Unfortunately, this is the closest Publix to my house. I go there expecting to be underwhelmed. Any "savings" are negated by having to either go back to the store to see if the items have been restocked, or to another store altogether.

This publix is the worst I have ever seen. Without talking about the fact that I ve seen flies and rotten veggies several times, the design of the store is also awful. You can t fit two carts in the aisles, which combined with the polite and well educated clientele, makes the shopping experience a living nightmare. I rather drive more than to stop there.

This was a good experience. I normally go to a different publix, but i came to this one for the pharmacy. While i waited for my medicine, i did a lil shopping, the people were so frendly. I had three different people come up to me asking if i need help. The store was well kept, I just might make the drive and make this store my main store. Very Nice!!!

This 5 stars review in only intended for one person in particular who truly made my day today by helping me out with my groceries to the car in a way that I didnt feel as he was doing it out of obligation but instead with placer and kindness, his name is Chaco and I just want to thank you for making a difference in my day!!
