Hay productos con un precio en la caja dice otro Quisiera denunciar este caso porque es un engañó y un fraude para los clientes que no se fijan en los números. Hay un defensor del consumidor en Miami el cual estará informado de este anuncio. Pido enardecida mente sancionar a la muchacha de turno con el voip a las 8:03 pm del día 4 del mes 8 del 2017 por el mal trato verbal del cual fui objeto cuando le reclame. Un ejemplo de artículo del fraude es el salami el torito de color negro que en su envoltura dice. 5.99 y cuando lo escanea dice 7.99. Si eso no es fraude que es ?

THEY ADVERTISE FOR DISCOUNTED OXTAIL AND SHOW YOU A PICTURE OF THE BEAUTIFULLY TRIMMED PRODUCT AND WHEN YOU GET TO THE COUNTER YOU MUST PAY FOR THE FAT THAT IS TRIMMED IF YOU WANT THAT DISCOUNTED PRICE. IF YOU WANT IT PROPERLY CLEANED AND TRIMMED YOU GET TO PAY THE 7.99(PRICE THAT WEEK). I WANTED 60 POUNDS AND ATTEMPTED TO TALK (OR HAVE SOME ONE TRANSLATE)TO THE MANAGERS, OF WHOM ALL JUST SHRUGGED THEIR SHOULDERS INDICATING THAT WAS THE DEAL. DESPITE THE PICTURE I SHOWED THEM FROM THEIR PAPER. I WENT TO EAGLE MEATS NEXT DOOR AND GOT FRESH OX TAIL THAT WAS TRIMMED AND GORGEOUS, TO TOP IT OFF IT WAS LESS EXPENSIVE!! I GET ALL MY GOAT THEIR NOW TOO. EAGLE CAN USE A LITTLE TLC BUT THE BUTCHERS AND STAFF ARE ACCOMMODATING, FRIENDLY SPEAK ENGLISH OR SINCERELY TRY TO AND I RECOMMEND YOU GO THERE FOR YOUR SPECIAL MEATS!!!!!!!!! SHAME ON PRESIDENTE!

Es totalmente desagradable supermercado o cualquier lugar donde el Empleado tiene contacto con el publico y q atienden con un chupetin en la boca , todas las cajeras estaban en la misma situation ,,, pregunta como hacen para responder alguna pregunta del cliente , es patetico y cuando pensé en hablarlo con una supervisora ,, ella estaba también con este chuletin , Sera q esta d moda ?? a mi me parece una falta d respeto hacia el cliente

Its unfortunate that its usually not a good experience at this Presidente location. If you visit other Presidente locations, the experience is better. Im glad it exists for the competition. The employees many times seem to really dislike working there. It may be a constant stream of rude customers. It may be the sometimes not too clean of a market, that lacks pride in what theyre selling. It may be the inadequacy of meat & deli department, which many times doesnt look great, like food should. I believe they are working at trying to be better. I hope management succeeds.

Found chicken in the case that was partially rotting. Brought it to the attention of meat manager and was told I didnt have to buy it if didnt want to. Then some other employee from the back room yells out that I can go shopping g somewhere else. I asked him to cone out and say it to me in person as I would have flattened his ass out in front of isle #9. But since he has no BALLS, all I heard was silence. Save yourself a trip to the ER. Do not shop here!

this place is a lynchpin of the community. so many families frequent this market for sustenance. the lovely vibe is a pleasure to encounter. in these difficult times, the deals here are much appreciated. especially in the cafeteria, heaps of good home cooked food abound. dont upset the lil Cuban lady behind the counter or no soup for you. tips muy appreciated, you prolly helpin put a kid or three thru school.

Gave it a star because I had no other choice. HORRIBLE store. STAY AWAY. Their meat and fish comes with flies. The flies fly freely in the dirty glass case that holds their meat and fish. The manager Angie/Maria/Nelyne what ever her name really is beyond RUDE and a LIAR. She needs to get fire and so does Anoldo/Arnoldo. This store Needs to be SHUT DOWN.

The meats are not fresh. Not enough space to move around with your cart. They will give you hell if you return something even with receipt. They do sell expired stuff sometimes, not always, besides that great deals every week. They are my to go store when it comes to ham. I like the little cafeteria because of the tamales.

Terrible. Dirty, and vegetables and fruits dont look fresh. I bought once a bottle of yogurt and was corrupted. Had to go and change it. The second one was already bad. I changed it again and the supervisor told me that they wouldnt change it again. He said that I shouldnt buy that staff since I knew it could be bad.

From watching other customets being mistreated&my past experience..I havent visited this location since&I live walking distance from the store.The Customer Service Department treat&talk to their customers like crap!Its a waste of time filling complaints,because theres too many chiefs& not enough indians!smdh

The floor, the meat and flies looking like bestfriends it smells and rude ass cashiers they make you stand in line while theyre laughing with each other. They take advantage of these poor folks who dont know better. . PRESIDENTE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

Horrible place to buy cashiers are chismosiando therefore they dont really care about getting u out of there quick and if they run into someone they know you may a well just go to another register food on there looks like is about to go bad the a/c never works

There is not single president supermarket ,that every time I go I see I lot of violations, when you handle lets say ham,meats u cant wear nail polish, not jewelry of any kind on u but since they have poor management it happens .

Nasty supermarket!!! I bought some chicken and when I was about to clean it up, it WAS ROTTEN!!!! It stank so bad once unwrapped I got a migraine! Also bout Jamaican cornmeal pudding and it was raw!! Unbaked!!! NEVER AGAIN

Always seems crowded - whether its because of their prices, or just the neighborhood, I dont know. I wouldnt call their fruits/veggies first-rate. Look for the specials.
