I love publix, this location is the closest one to my house so sadly i have to come here. Sometimes i wonder where is the manager at? baggers are playing in their cell phones around the bathroom area, cashiers are talking to each other instead of doing their job. The other day i went to the deli to ask for 1/4 of tavern ham, i waited for it for almost an hour since the deli lady was having a long conversation with a customer she apparently knew. I called the manager on site to point out what was happening, the manager whose name i cant remember right now didnt do anything about it, all he said was sorry thats it. Tonight i went there fast before going to work, there were 3 cash registers open, all of them had ling lines so i went to the express line to see if it goes faster, to my luck the cashier was flirting with a bagger that was off duty at that moment, she was talking to him and not paying attention to the people in line, i was in line for 25 minutes. A year ago this publix was so different, now i dont know what happened, employees socialize more than they do work. Horrible experience!

Nos atendió Fabiola, estábamos buscando arroz para hacer rissotto. No solo nos ayudó a encontrarlo, sino nos hizo varias sugerencias que ni siquiera teníamos idea que pudiera ser posible. Nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y sin escatimar tiempo y esfuerzo. Ojalá todos trabajaran como ella. Y apesar de ser sábado en la tarde nos sentimos como si el día comenzara a esa hora. Gracias Fabiola por ser tan amable.

Ha mejorado mucho desde hace unos días. Al parecer tienen nueva administración. Le hacía mucha falta. Aunque hay algunos productos del bakery que requieren más atención como los pie. Tampoco está el Martini Roso espumante, que siempre está en otros Publix.

Idk this has been my publix before it was move to Ponce since it was first located at the sedanos . The one thing I cannot change and love is the sushi compare with other publix the sushi is quality , love the fruits and veggie . Cant say the same for the deli have to go to other publix for that but lately idk wat happen people there I feel chase every time I go there . I feel the need of a lawyer to defend my rights cause is acosante like a hostage, this crazy people

8-26-2017 fraudulent !!!! made a purchase with a credit card which publix claims was denied!!! Only to find out they did charge me $44.44 now 5 days later still no resolution as credit card company claims publix need to charge back my card??? Why ? Publix claimed it was denied..Fradulent.avoid paying unless u you cash.better yet avoid at all cost as management has been useless in solving the matter..

Easy parking. Staff is friendly and helpful. If youre a 3 item shopper like me and want to leave fast this is the Publix you are looking for. They just built a Publix a block away from my house, but I shop at this one. They are organized and have it down backed to when it comes to customer service and thats hard to find in Miami.

Ive never seen a grocery store quite like this one. You park on top of the store and take your cart up a specially designed escalator. It is beautifully kept up; it had friendly service; and had everything you would expect about a Publix. Plus if youre hungry but dont want to go inside, there is a walk up window for the cafe.

Dont come here expecting good service at the deli. Online ordering doesnt work here. Many many times the shelves are in disarray and the tags/prices are wrong.
