I went last Saturday for the Tweet up event and was very disappointed in the service and staff. As listed on the advertisement, USUALLY tweet up events are open bars from the time listed on the flyers. The reason why I was particularly disappointed with this venue was the staff completely changed what was advertised. As soon as I got there I waited ten minutes in a line to get a drink that was advertised as free, then as soon as I was done waiting I was told to wait in another line to obtain a ticket to get the drinks. As soon as I am done waiting in the second line of the night, I am told that the wine vault decided to change the usual tweet up open bar and was only giving out ONE drink ticket for the night. After getting the ticket I made the line AGAIN to get the drink. This entire process maybe took 25 minutes. Finally, not only has it a complete waste of time, drive and gas money numerous times staff tried to end the venue early. The complimentary bites ended at 8:30 and the bar ran out of the complimentary vodka way around the same time or earlier. Finally, while I was in the Wine Vault asking for the drink tickets, I grabbed a flyer that stated "after party" and had a complimentary drink and souvenir cup. Surprise, surprise when 9 oclock came around and I asked for this at the bar I was told that was before 9. When the flyer clearly said otherwise. What really made it for me was the inability to do what was promised by venue and the treatment of the staff. This for me was a deal breaker, if someone can create false promises then its goal was not to welcome new customers it was to PROTECT THEIR PROFITS. I understand as a business you need to make a living, and sustain the company but by making dishonorable advertisements will only hinder you representation as a company. Just from this experience I NEVER go back here and will NEVER trust any sort of promotional event from this place.

First thing first: They add an automatic 18% service charge to your bill. Which Im totally fine with, except that its not written anywhere in the menu. And I do feel a little indignant about that. Isnt the whole point of tipping to encourage better customer service? I think if they want to charge customers automatic service charge, they should at the very least indicate that in their menu so customers are not caught by surprise, which we were. Food and wine are okay, although I definitely think they are very much overpriced. Menu is a little limited as well, feels like it really is more of a wine bar than a food place. We did enjoy our experience here, at least until the end when we are surprised by the automatic service charge item on the bill, and that kinda adds on to our total bill. I would probably come during their happy hour specials. Otherwise, you will be paying way too much for what you are getting. Youve been warned.

Service was relatively pleasant and above-average as the person who attended us was relatively well-versed on his menu items (which is expected if you work a wine bar). The Google photos of establishment are slightly deceiving. It is not as upscale or modern as it appears. Our table had not been cleaned and the cheese dish was mediocre. Their tomato soup is good along with their Anabella and Manos Negras wines. Overall, the place is somewhat cramped, overrated, and falls short in comparison to other places in the area better worth the wait. Oh yeah, and they had a service charge to the bill and completely fail to mention that at any point or anywhere. This is not a business to rant and rave about. Wait for their happy hour.
