I tried to get a key replaced for an MV Agusta with their "service department" (1 person). It seemed like the person I was dealing with didnt really know the process. It took four months of back-and-forth, and still I had no working replacement. Finally I contacted the owner of the shop with my situation, but when I suggested that his staff kept giving me bad information about the process, he became very defensive and rude, and instead of working with me to solve the issue, he made personal threats of harm to me personally and to my business. I was just trying to get a key made for a motorcycle. It has been a terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone.
