This place is terrible. I was hired as a salesman and witnessed from the inside how screwed up this place is. They try to bully you into signing a loan and laugh behind your back when you do. I specifically remember a union worker buy a motorcycle and the other salesman laughed saying "they talk themselves into it". Read complaints against them on BBB. Bill krebs the owner also refused to pay me for my work because I quit, because I refuse to treat people the way they do. He told me he didnt care that he owed me money. He finally payed up months later after I got the government involved. The labor law worker told me Bill even tried to avoid them! If he is like that over one paycheck imagine how cheap he is selling bikes. He doesnt like to tell you the dealerships price of a bike up front because he is cheap and wants to talk you into msrp. He said if a customer asks the price act like you dont know it and say " I have to ask the owner". What a shady business. If hes nice to you its because he ripped you off. He is also a huge liar, dont trust his word on anything. Multiple government workers told me he made up things that never happened and even the salesman mike told me the owner sucks. Finally, go to another dealership. This place doesnt care about you, just about making money. All his replies on here not one says sorry its always "we did everything we could", which is stick it to you! He says he will match price but thats a lie he only will local because "they wont drive far to buy a cheaper bike". And even if another shop can go lower he says "go buy there then".. Dont work here dont buy here.

This place is a nightmare. I bought a 2012 r6 from them this year which i pre-orderd they said they would have it by march. It took well over 3 months with no solid answers as to when im going to get it. Then i dealt with parts and spent several thousand dollars in afttermarket stuff, they were good at first because i just bought the bike. Had a defective rim with less than a 1000 miles on the bike and they did nothing to help. I ended up having to call yamaha to get anything done and they only covered half the cost of the rim, so i cut my losses. Then i was stupid enough to go back when they told me they could get me a certain price on the tire. When i arrived i was told a price $40 higher and ended up having to get the owner involved. he agreed to give me the price i was quoted. Then they put the tire on backwards and scratched the rim in 8 places and didnt even tell me about it. I found this out when i was putting the rim back on the bike to go for a trip. So i went back they switched the tire arround and said they would replace the rim and i would get to keep the old one. So i agreed to this, then the owner says he wants the rim back to repair and sell to recoup the $ on the mistakes his undertrained techs made. Which i didnt agree too. So today i got a letter in the mail from the magistrate because he wants me to pay him for their mistakes. But never the less I WOULD STAY WAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

I purchased a new UTV from Crossroads several months ago. I asked them if they could adjust the exhaust after agreeing to purchase it because it was rattling off the frame. They said they would. I picked it up and took it home and had to fix the exhaust myself. No big deal wasnt even upset about that till now. I have yet to receive my registration for the utv. The plate sticker is expired which prohibits me from taking it to certain riding places my son and I travel to. I called them 2 weeks ago and they said they would call me back... they didnt...I called the next day and they made some lame excuse that the guy who does that hasnt been there. We will call you back. I left a message 3 days later... they havent called me back. I will NEVER buy another vehicle or service my vehicles at this place again. I normally go to Barnes Bros and have purchased 2 dirt bikes and a quad from them in the past 3 years. They are very professional. Crossroads is a joke. This is the first negative review I have EVER written. Thats just how bad this place is. All I want is my registration!!! Why is this so difficult for a places that sells vehicles!!!!! Even if they messed the paperwork up I am ok with that!!! I just want a call back to tell me what happened!!!

I wish I would have asked my fellow riding community about going here before hand. After discussing my experience with others, I came to learn that their reputation is absolutely horrible. I put my kid on what I assumed was a "ride ready" bike that I paid more to get it from a dealer in a "ride ready" state. The bike could not have been further from that state. It could have ended very badly for my kid. After explaining the details, the owner Bill Krebbs said it was "your own fault" for putting him on the bike. Yeah, its my own fault for putting him on a bike that you sold off the showroom floor and took for granted it was ready to ride. It was a year old bike that they never even sent through the shop, and wanted to take no ownership for it. Bill basically dodged me for two weeks and claimed that its been to long and he is not going to do anything about it. He claims to have called me and left me voice mails when he never did. He called me fine the first day, and then after that two numbers were "magically" swapped. Just read the other reviews, based off these reviews and discussion with the community, I will never set foot in this establishment. I will drive 4x further to get what I need.

I needed my bike inspected, and I heard they were open on Saturdays. For me to get it inspected on a weekday is really hard, so going to a place that is open on weekends and can inspect is a plus. The harley dealership can take hours - and I didnt want to wait. So I tried here. The inspection was quick. Only quirk was, they told me that all of the brake pads were almost to the wear bars and needed changed. Well, I said I can do them myself and so they noted it on the paperwork that they were low. Fine. I know this is BS because I did them I year ago and they may have 2000 miles on them. So, are they trying to get money out of me (scam) to get the business, or do they not know harley brake pads, on newer bikes are not that thick of pad? The pads new are about 1/8" thick. Maybe a new guy and he just looked quickly and not really known what to look for maybe? Will I go back for an inspection in the future? If I cant find another place close, probably. If they pushed the issue, I could show them their error. I just dont want anybody else going there and getting possibly ripped off.
