San Valentines day 2017, I order some roses 100$ plus 25$ of delivery(same day delivery) I asked the lady just to make sure it was before 5 cuz my wife leaves at that time. Well you know where the story goes obviously the delivery guy never appeared or called... My wifes work is no more than 8 streets away(5 min in car) order placed in the early A.m. I called back around 6 when wife comebacks home and they say they "WILL TRY TO REIMBURSE" the money. Next day still waiting for the reimburse guess what at 450 the guy delivers the roses. First I didnt want them anymore the purpose of San Valentines is over and they didnt reimburse the delivery or anything...... Horrible service... Go somewhere else NOW not kidding

Extremely frustrating experience. First of all I placed the order at 3pm asking if it could be delivered by 5pm. They said it should be there before 5:30. It got delivered after 6pm and their answer was: "we said it was going to be there before 5:30 but not once guaranteed a delivery time". I also asked for a picture of the arrangement and they sent something which looked different without any advise. When I called back asking about this the answer was "if you look at the website it clearly says that we will replace any materials in case were out of stock". Overall, pricey arrangements for such a poor service.

Ive been in the shop a few times. Ive called ahead for candles to give as gifts. The owner usually helped me and was very professional and pleasant.
