Few days ago I went to your store because I wanted to have a meeting for my wedding. A lady told that the meeting would be with Rick next day at 11am. The next day I was a little late (16min to be exact) waiting for my mother to come with me. I received a call at 11:16am from the same lady who set up the meeting. She told me that the meeting was at 11am. I told her that Im getting there and the reason I was late its because my mother wants to come with me, as I said before. The answer of the lady was : Meeting was at 11am, so since you are not here we wont be able to do your wedding. First of all, what awful service is this? Imagine if this is for being 16min late, how it would be the rest??? A total lack of Courtesy. I just wanted to have a quote for my wedding, but well since your customer service is really a disaster and the worst service ever, Im very happy cause you made easy my decision of chosing another florist service and never again even think of your awful company. Having just moved to Florida during the beginning stages of wedding planning, we had no knowledge of any florists in the area. We saw that Aventura Florist had great reviews online, and they were close to our Sunny Isles wedding venue. The first time we went into the shop to talk to them about doing the flowers for our wedding, they were open, honest, and had great prices. We were in constant contact over the next few months, and they were always willing to give sugestions when we werent sure what would look best. Rick and Jennifer were such a pleasure to work with, and we will certainly be using them for any future floral needs.

I ordered flowers to have delivered to my Grandmother on her 95th birthday, Oct 25th, unsure of what to expect because she lives in Aventura, FL and I live in Chicago. Jennifer was awesome, she reassured me that all my requests would be met (no carnations, vibrant flowers, bright colors)-she was right! I received a call from my grandmother squealing with delight about her beautiful flowers. When I received a picture of the flowers from my Uncle a week later to show me the flowers were still vibrate and fresh, I too squealed with delight! Thank you Aventura flowers, you not only made my Grandmother’s day, you made my day too!

Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Went there to get a bouquet for my sister in the hospital, lady in there was so rude and disgusting. The prices was so ridiculously high, I was willing to pay because I was short on time. she made it impossible to even do that. I couldnt see myself giving my money to a place with horrible customer service like that. She just messed up my entire schedule. I would never go back there. The owner needs to do something. Rich

Needed last minute centerpieces for the birth of my grandsons religious celebration. I wanted something simple but yet elegant. Richard was very helpful. He suggested a glass cube with blue hydrangeas and yellow roses. Not only were the 18 centerpieces perfect, they delivered them on time as promised. I 100% recommend them for their interest in helping me, for the peace of mind that they will do as planned and for their artistic talent!

I was hung up on twice when I called. When I finally got through the woman that answered gave me attitude. I asked for a very simple arrangement to be sent to my wife and was told that they wouldnt do that because "it wasnt their look". I told them that I specifically wanted that look because it was what my wife had in bouquet but she again said that wasnt possible because it isnt "their look". What a joke.

My daughter and family sent me flowers and while they were beautiful, I was concerned that they arrived in a round vase packed with floral foam and I did not think they would have longevity. I was 100 percent wrong.. I am just now after two solid weeks of enjoying this arrangement taking it apart and still some of it is not dead. Very impressed and would highly recommend!

I called Aventura Florist on December 23rd to order a "Sympathy" arrangement to be delivered on 12/26. Despite of being one of the most busy weeks of the year for them they took my order and delivered an elegant and beautiful arrangement to the funeral home. Service is really good and depending on the time and date you can get really nice flowers, but do dot expect any bargains. You will pay full price, even higher than specialty boutiques.
