SHE RUINED MY WEDDING, MY CAKE TABLE, AND OF COURSE MY PICTURES. I still want to cry every time I see the cake table and the flowers. Do you know the “CHINESE WEBSITES” that advertise something and give you something completely different? So this her. My friend said “The pictures she has are super cheesy, but she can do exactly the way you want and her price is great”. I would say the price is great, except for the fact that I did not get what I paid for. I showed her pictures of everything, asked if was possible, she said it was, confirmed. Seemed great. They got there very late, things weren’t very ready when the people started coming, and SHE DID NOT SHOW UP. I had to stop the make many times to go and check what they were doing, and I was very lucky that I was getting ready at the same place where the ceremony and party were. Not enough the people were very rude and wanted to argue with me that they were doing the right way. I had a panic attack and only then they accepted the instructions and tried to fix.

DO NOT,DO NOT, DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! SHE IS A LIAR AND RUINED MY DAUGHTERS QUINCEANERA ARRANGMENTS. She told me one thing than another. SHE PROMISED ME FLOATING CANDLES ON THE ARRANGMENTS AND CANDLES ON THE SIDE. What a damn LIAR. She made the tables dark as hell and the tables had no lighting. She PROMISED crystals and water with a floating candle. WHAT I FREAKIN RECIEVED WAS CRUSHED GEL AND FLOWERS FREAKING WILTING. I got dead flowers. NOT ONLY THAT, if you change your mind make sure u change the contract. I told her the next day to change the flower colors because we changed the theme for the party. OOOHH, AND IF ITS NOT IN THE CONTRACT SHE WILL NOT DO IT. TRUST ME. She didnt t even call me after I told the staff. Please dont use her she is a LIAR. She told the staff it wasnt in the contract. PLUS, SHE DOESNT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. She was rude and put pressure on my daughter to make a choice right there on the spot. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SPECIAL EVENT BEFORE SHE RUINS IT.

We used Creations by Blanca (or Flowers by Blanca) for our wedding in June 2014. Blanca was on the preferred vendors list for the venue that we used. Ultimately, the flowers were beautiful in the end - this is the only reason why I gave her 2 stars instead of 1. The months leading up to it though were a nightmare with this lady. We met with Blanca about 3 or 4 times and spoke with her on the phone just as many. Each time she was very dismissive, rude, and insulting at times when we asked her about possibly using other flowers or rearranging the arrangements that she prepared to show us. She definitely thinks shes on her high horse with flowers surrounding the saddle. If any of you are thinking about using her for your upcoming wedding or big event and would like to work with someone pleasant and polite, I would not recommend her; shes the opposite. From our experience, she needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. Youve been warned.

My wedding floral dreams came true thanks to Blanca and her amazing team. Her services were needed for both my ceremony and reception. All the floral were delivered professionally and beautifully put together. When I initially met with her, I explained all my wants and needs and she made sure all those needs were met on the day of the wedding. From the bouquets, to the wedding ceremony arch, the floral aisle decor at the ceremony, and the gorgeous centerpieces with crystals hanging from them! I was surprised at the quality of work that was provided given the fact that I did not pay too much. Reasonably priced for beautiful work. My favorite of all was my bridal bouquet. It was EXACTLY what I asked for. I cant thank Blanca enough for making our day so beautiful.

I booked florals for my wedding through Creations by Blanca through a friends referral. Big mistake! We paid extra for the specific flowers we requested. The day of the wedding, there was not a flower I requested in sight. I asked for a white and pink bouquet. She showed up with pink roses and blue and purple orchids. It was a nightmare. She didnt care until she heard us on the phone with another florist. The only flowers that were correct were the center pieces and the ones on the arch. We had to go to publix and buy white roses to try to salvage the disaster she brought us. All the boutineers were wrong, as well as the bride bouquet, and the color of the bridesmaids bouquet. Needless to say, I was not pleased. I will never refer this company to anyone.

I went to talk about my wedding decorations and she treated me so poorly. Its my first time planning a wedding and going to her was a mistake... She rushed me, didnt let me finish my sentences, treated and spoke to me as if Im an idiot and I actually left there very sad. If you want someone inspiring, nice, helpful and someone that actually acts like they want your event to be beautiful... DONT go to Blanca.

I absolutely LOVED Blanca and her staff. Blance knew exactly what I wanted even when I lacked at properly desctibing it. The day of my wedding everything was even more beautiful than I imagined! We had a yacht wedding in June and it started pouring before my ceremony and her staff stayed and helped dry chairs so my wedding wouldnt be ruined. All the bouquets, centerpieces and all flowers were perfect.

All i can say is Blanca is RUDE RUDE RUDE. As soon as I walked into her boutique she had an unpleasant demeanor. While trying to explain what i wanted she would cut me off and tells me what she thinks i should do. While telling her what i wanted she flat out said youre a difficult bride. Going to her was definitely a waste of time. Rating one star for this lady is overrated.

Do not use this vendor!! Blanca is incredibly rude not to mention the pictures on her website arent even hers they have been stolen off the internet! She is very unprofessional and she disrespected all my other vendors including my DJ, videographer and photographer (who almost quit because of her). If I could I wouldnt give her any stars.

Blanca promised to add rimestones, set up a few thing but on the day of the event she didnt do anything besides dropping off the flowers. She said she was not doing it because it was not in the contact. When she and I had a verbal agreement. Do not take her word, that was my mistake. Make sure everything is in the contact.

I was referred to Blanca by my wedding planner Events by Jess. Im so glad that we hired Floral Creations by Blanca. The flowers and décor were beautiful and I truly saw my wedding vision come true. She was willing to work with our budget and still make everything beautiful. She is truly an artist!
