Really dont even want to leave one star. My husband gave me his grandmothers ring as my engagement ring. We searched high and low for the perfect wedding band and happened to find it here. They offered to solder them together at no cost. When I picked them up, one side of the band was perfectly set and the other side had a significant gap. I was told (after having to return when repair man came back in) that it couldnt be done right due to all these "issues" with my engagement ring. The solution was to buy another setting and pay $600+. Well, in doing so, it would change the look of my engagement ring and I didnt want to compromise the original look. I let them know I would just take it to a friend who owns his own jewelry shop. I was ensured he would tell me the same thing and try to sell me the same new setting. WRONG! In less than 30 minutes my friend soldered together my rings and did a fantastic job. He compromised NOTHING. Cost $30! I called Reeds to let them know and they acted so shocked it really was done. I feel they were just trying to sell me another setting. End of the day.....will never spend another dime in Reeds.

We loved Robert!!! This assistant manager was so helpful and knowledgeable about not only the engagement rings but the company he proudly works for. We had visited other jewelry store earlier that day and were less than impressed by their service and knowledge... so we werent expecting much as we walked into Reeds... but we were welcomed warmly and thoroughly taken care of... Robert was patient with a potential bride that had zero idea of what I wanted or how much we were spending... he made observations about the jewelry I was wearing and made some suggestions based on that.. my fiancé ultimately picked out a beautiful ring for me to try on.. as I slipped it on Robert explained the ring to us... we loved it!! And we also ended up picking out a beautiful wedding band for my husband to be.. what a great experience.. we will be back to shop with Robert OUR personal jeweler!

I had my ring redone during their last remount event. I found them to be most helpful. I had my mothers center stone reset and added two .50 side stones. The band has 6 stones. The ring was set in white gold and the mounting was extremely heavy gold. The Jeweler did an awesome job and the store was so easy to work with. I love it! It was to celebrate 40 years of marriage and it nailed it.

Asked for help finding a specific stone in a specific price range - I had to wait for them to remember I needed help, was then shown the wrong stone, I said it was the wrong stone and also out of my price range, he said it was fine and showed me more of the wrong stone that was still waaayyy out of my price range.

Nothing but good things to say about Reeds. Robert is great to work with. My wife loves her new rings. She says needs more fingers for rings...all hers her full!
