Not a big fan of shopping for in "discount" stores , however every once in a while when I am in a pinch I shop for odds and ends. Its a fact that Homegoods sells second quality merchandise and that is why they can sell for a lesser price , however this is not always the case as some things are priced higher. Be careful and do your research before falling into the trap. Also most of the merchandise either breaks or falls apart after a few months. For example I purchased lamps that seemed good at first but then the switches do not work after a while. Also a chair that was made in India has a very bad smell , almost like an off gas from the cushion or foam used inside. Big disappointment if you are looking for something made with quality that lasts. Good for cheap and low budget decor that does not require much quality. I would recommend not spending more than you have to.

Asked to hold a product, was told it was for the day. Moved mountains to make it on time. Upon arrival the item was sold. Rob, the store manager whom we spoke to and associated were too lazy to check or place the item on hold when requested. Thanks for wasting our time, horrible customer service. Its almost as if the staff were just a bunch of warm bodies, standing around.

They have the most interesting things, love to look and find something unique. If you cant find it at TJ Maxx then look here, prices are very good. Love this place. Great for gifts for that special person.

Had a great selection but the employees are worthless. They couldnt answer any of my questions or were nowhere to be found when i needed help. I loved the store though. It was well stocked and clean.

Store is nice, clean and staff is friendly. Most of the furniture tends to be dented, scratched, or broken. Otherwise, everything else if of the quality you expect.

I paid with cash and had to wait 15 minutes for my change. Always a line. Many times I have left the store without purchasing the items that I went in to buy.
