I ALWAYS have a great experience at this store. I began to use this location as a pickup location due to the fact that my address was so new and UPS drivers couldnt find it. Therefore, all of my UPS packages are delivered there rather than my house. This is also good because I dont have to worry about packages left at the front door. The people are always helpful, courteous and prompt with service. I usually go there in the morning and I am helped by Matt Parsons. Matt is always so helpful and was the person that recommended using the UPS store as a FREE drop location for my packages. If it were not for Matt, I probably would have packages in limbo right now. I have also had great experiences with Ashton as well. I cannot remember a time where his service was without a smile. Using this location for any of their services is an experience that I highly recommend!

We paid for this store to pack a box of Trader Joes treats going to Japan. This store did not weigh the box correctly, so the box got redelivered to our home, and was already damaged. When we took it back to UPS to find out why it didnt ship, we also had them watch us unpack the shipment. Instead of carefully packing our items, they used them as packing material. The employee on site was unable to help, so we waited for a manager who was rude and unprofessional. Had to involve our credit card company to get our money returned. Will never use UPS store again, as several in the area are owned by the same people. The Lithia Post office is better -- and the box shipped for significantly less!

Terrible customer service. The guy behind the counter was rude and had an attitude with me from the moment I walked in. Will go to the UPS in the Lithia Shoppes from now on.
