Ive done business here a few times, the store is dirty, the laptop we bought had a virus on it, the woman I delt with on July 4th was extremely rude, took an easy 15 minutes to do a simple lookup, which took me not even 2 minutes before I even went in. They dont greet you when you come in. Had a line and didnt even acknowledge anyone. With some more experienced staff and a nice clean up it would be a good store. Ill stick to West coast for now on though.
