These people are very rude and how no customer service skills what so ever. Im really surprised they are even in business to be honest. Quite frankly I went in to pawn something and I was low balled on a very expensive item. The item wasnt even looked at, as it was still in the box, brand new and the associate was offering me a pawn loan of 50 bucks I paid nearly 350 dollars for this item. Then she said oh and you have to have to pay it back too ( like in a snotty stuck up B**ch kind of way) I looked at her and frowned and thought is this woman retarded? I just walked out without saying a word. They are completely ridiculous! Please use the gas and go to a real pawn shop because these people are a joke. They dont have any knowledge of the proper value of things and they are trying to rip people off in the most obvious way. This offends people. We are not stupid! The woman was asking me how can I help you and I didnt even want her to touch my item. They need to buy some hand sanitizer. They look like derelicks. Looks like a bunch of rif raf is going on up there and maybe homeless people live up there. Maybe this b*tch lives there and sleeps in the back. Who knows. I wont be going back, they are stinky too.

May 22, 2012 --- Eight years ago I had a very bad experience with a well-known area pawn shop – Cash America Pawn. So, with some trepidation, I recently went to CASH VALUE PAWN. Mike, the owner, turned out to be really nice, decent, helpful and easy to work work. I needed some cash; brought in a semi-precious 90 carat gemstone that Id had appraised 20+ years ago and remembered that appraisal as coming in at $50/carat. [About a week later I realized how very wrong my memory was... it had come in at $5/carat.] That day I had gone in, Mike was an absolute gentleman, never made me feel stupid (although, in this case, I definitely was) and loaned me what was ultimately a fair amount against the stone. Mikes proved to be a wonderful breath of fresh air in the pawn business. I instinctively knew I could trust him and can recommend him and his CASH VALUE PAWN to others without hesitation. ---NancyW.

The black manager mike told me he will sell me a Taurus 709 slim for 200 when they come in due to the fact they are only 240-250 out the door brand new in stores. They came in he called me and said 280 I said hey its the girls that you already have a price to a week ago. I went all the way there because maybe he needed to see who it was to remember I got there and he completely ignored me and said I never said that so oh well its 280 I said why would I come all the way here if you didnt say that #1 then #2 they are only 240-250 BRAND new not pawned and used in stores. The kid jr laughed and said you wasted your gas just to get told a no. I said this is horrible customer service. Someone needs to fire that manager and get a manager that sticks to his words and has good coustmer service

Walked in with some items to sell. Stood there in front of the counter while a bitter woman behind the counter made phone calls and didnt acknowledge me, as well as another guy who couldnt be bothered by my presence. No acknowledgment from either. Finally, the angry guy says "Waddaya want?" Clearly they watch Pawn Stars too much, as his first line was "what are you looking to get out of it?" No smile, no friendly behavior. He frustratingly made a "best" offer which was less than half of what I took from Cash America Pawn later on. Yes, really. Im so glad I walked out. Evidently, taking advantage is a common practice here as is an abusive, unfriendly attitude. Ill never go back, not even to shop..... Looked more like a garage sale anyway.

These guys are rude and too expensive that guy jr will not work with you for anything. And when you try to bargain even a little he makes you feel like your stupid and hes not going to waste his time. They are selling a Microsoft tablet that I see brand new in stores with warranty for 300 bucks they are asking the same thing here he said well ours is brand new I said did someone pawn it he said yea so. Very rude. I went closer to look at it the tablet had scratches all over. These people are conartist and very rude coustmer service. They make you feel like your wasting their time if you dont hurry. Especially that guy jr. Never again will I go there

Young sales associate is an ASS HOLE dont ever go there they want to Rip you off and then this punk ass young kids wants to be rude as hell about it i wouldnt recommend anyone to that place. After I tried to sell them my tablet he told me 25 dollars so I left I went across the street to value pawn and they gave me exactly what I wanted for it 75 dollars. Cash American Pawn SUCKS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT KID NEEDS TO GET FIRED

I have been a customer since 2012 when it was Value Pawn when it was sold to cash america I still went. Now they are not worth going to the customer service really is terrible. And this young shmuck!#! They hired this guy JR IS RUDE no customer skills what so ever has a temper. I would not recommend this pawn shop. Go somewhere else you can a better deal .they lost a loyal customer.

What a horrible experience! It was my first visit, and also my last. Absolute worst customer service ever, and completely unacceptable. Walked in ready to purchase up to $500.00 for an item, and walked right out. They lost an easy sale, and I will make sure everyone I know never shops there. All should be warned - DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I had an excellent experience with a purchase in excess of $500. True to their word all the way till the end and never missed a beat. I like these guys. See Jay or Mike for that new gun purchase. I drove out from Clermont and have zero regrets. I would recommend and buy from again.

I bought a ring here and had it put on layaway. The guys there gave me a great deal for a great ring. They were very kind and willing to work to make the customer happy. I Would def shop here again
