Visited the establishment to mail a package, which seems like it would be simple. After my package was measured and weighed, I was provided with a price. 8 to 10 minutes later, after they tediously entered my information, they provided me with a final price that was 2 dollars more than the original price provided. I then asked the clerk why he was charging me a higher price after providing me with the first quote which was 2 dollars less. His answer to me was that it was JUST A QUOTE. He never at anytime during the transaction advised me that the final price may be different than the original price. Since I had already been there for 10 minutes, I went ahead and paid the higher amount because I was pressed for time and at that point did not have time to go elsewhere. Additionally, I was asked what were the contents of the package which I feel is none of UPSs business unless its illegal, flammable, breakable...etc, of which it was none of those things. So there are privacy concerns there. I then asked for the information of where I can give a complaint about my experience. I was provided with the main UPS phone number, which was the incorrect phone number per the UPS representative who answered the line. That was strike three. I found this out after speaking with 2 representatives. I then was provided with the consumer relations phone number for the UPS Store franchise, which is the phone number that I should have been provided with in the first place. On top of that the first representative I spoke with via the main UPS phone number, transferred me to an overseas rep, rather than transferring me to a supervisor like I had asked. STRIKE FOUR. I always have a problem whenever I deal with UPS. Their phone systems are made so that reps can just transfer the customer to another rep if they dont want to deal with you, and the system has no way of tracking the rep that made the transfer. Extraordinarily horrible service to say the least. On the contrary, when I have used the United States Postal Service to ship my packages in the past, I have never had them ask me what the package contents were. Never. Of course they ask you if the item is flammable, breakable etc but NEVER ask what the contents are. I believe that UPS is an entity that truly needs its ownership taken over because they are such a failing business model. Ridiculous.

I attempted to mail a package to Texas two day delivery and it didnt arrive until the 4th of August, 2 weeks after the expected date of arrival. The reason for this was the incompetent worker placed the wrong label on the package because he decided that talking my ear off was more pressing than ensuring the safe arrival of my package. After that I corresponded very often with a woman who admitted fault and guaranteed that they would try to correct the mistake and give me a refund. It has been a full month now and they have no effort to refund my money. I have called at least twice a week since the occurrence to get a refund and everytime Im told the owner, Carol is "too busy." Myself nor my company will EVER do business with this UPS again and I recommend that you all do the same.

The first thing that you see as you approach the door is thier Puerto Rican flag hanging right in your face. They are living in the U.S. and are paid in U.S. dollars, why not hang a U.S. flag in thier business? I employ people from several ethnic backgrounds but they are Americans and appreciate this country and its opportunities. Put your flag in your house where your personal things belong. Then it got worse when you go inside,the people in this store have no idea what customer service is. They were not helpful at all and gave the feeling that my wife and I were bothering them by walking into the store. We left without using the services that we were going to have them do for us. Jim

GO TO FEDEX!! Thoroughly Disappointed! I made it very clear my pkg needed there Saturday a.m. paid $76 for overnight air and the pkg is not there. Tracking said it would be there by Monday the 12th. TOO LATE. Update: The employee that helped me bold faced lied to me and her manager with a smile on her face. If you cant do your job without lying theres a problem. Everyone makes mistakes, own up to them. It makes you a better employee and person. The owner was very understanding and was able to rectify the problem. I am on the fence about going there again but not completely against it.

Thank you UPS Lake Mary for the wonderful service today. A HUGE thank you to Jacqueline and Luis who were working today and made my visit so easy. I had 3 huge boxes to return with my baby in tow. Jacqueline was super friendly and helped entertain my child while I was getting return slips prepared. When I was unable to pull up a slip, they quickly guided me to the right place to find it. Both employees were helpful, friendly, and extremely patient with me. Thank you for a smooth, easy visit! Ill definitely be returning to this store.

Great Customer Service. I went to this store on 02-16-2016 and Addison was the person that assisted me. He was absolutely wonderful, friendly, courteous and professional. Any questions that I had about the delivery of my packages he was very knowledgeable and it was appreciated. I will definitely go back to this UPS Store because of great customer service that he showed me. Thank you Addison for all that you do.

I have used a number of PO Box type locations and have been doing business with the UPS store in Lake Mary now since December 2007. They are hands down the best group I have ever worked with. Una is awesome. She knows every member of my family by name and goes far above and beyond to provide the highest level of service possible. Everyone there is great but she is head and shoulders above an outstanding team.

Horrible customer service. Requested to be notified when my package shipped, and was delivered, due to it being time sensitive..did not receive any notification. Which I asked specifically for. I would not recommend this UPS Store. Just rude, inexperienced, and not helpful whatsoever. The guy working the counter almost messed up my shipment, had to be helped, but she didnt do what I asked either.

Ive had great experiences picking packages up here and mailing them off. The wait is never too long even if the line is. My only complaint is dont place the burden on customers to know what their package looks like for pickup. I get shipments from all over the country and UK and have no idea how my sender has packaged it. One of the girls gets peeved if you cant specify the package details.

I want to comment on the outstanding customer service I received from the lady at the UPS store. Her level of attention and knowledge was excellent. Her customer service philosophy was most polite and attentive - overall a delightful experience. Please know that you have an excellent customer service rep. in her, and I will continue to use the service.

I wonder why some people have hate in their heart, I went to do business with these people and I found a nasty Sargent (short woman), so RUDE and an friendly. I predict that in less than 6 months they will be OUT of business. poor attitude.
