We had a short amount of time to get out domestic and international shipments for several boxes. We also needed custom packing and insurance, with some items going to the US and another headed overseas. Omar was exceedingly helpful. He provided us with options for shipping time and costs, as well as options for the best packing for fragile items. He even made a hand truck available to us and helped us carry packages in from the car! He took special care to see that all the items we brought over two days were taken care of and shipped properly. I would recommend this UPS store to anyone, and I will certainly use it again if needed.

Please improve your process. People are shipping a package not applying for a mortgage loan. 10 minutes and 1000 loud keyboard clicks later I was permitted to resume my way to get to work in the morning. Seriously, fix your slow computers, entering redundant information in multiple apps, multiple computers even. WTF are you guys doing? It could be an SNL skit.

If you are shipping anything standard...shoes, letters, movies. It is a lot cheaper to go to the USPS store about 5 minutes away. They literally charge for everything, and present me with no other options besides next day shipping.

I was advised on a certain shipping method from UPS, my item was damaged in transit, and my claim was denied because they said I used the wrong shipping method.
