Absolutely the nicest and most helpful employees. The store is always well stocked, clean, and organized. There is always someone willing and able to help and they genuinely do it with a smile. And if youre lucky enough to see Ms. Shirley on your visit, you are getting a blessing with your visit, too. I love shopping here !

Store and parking lot are a little dirty, but they have a good selection. The staff is hit or miss as sometimes they are very involved in themselves and pretend like you arent there as a customer, other times they are very friendly and outgoing.

Some great prices. I would give a 4 out 5 stars if they had some sort of points program. I ship there all the time but it first equal to any points or free stuff. But Tony was helpful answering all our questions.

Big Lots USED to be good, now its just OK, average. You still find good deals on some items, mainly groceries (and energy drinks are the cheapest here). I still like the garden/summer section.
