My husband and I visit the Cracker Barrel in Jensen Beach, Fl. regularly. We love the food, the gift shop, the cleanliness, and the wonderful employees there.They are always friendly and upbeat, and go out of their way to ensure that their guests have an enjoyable experience every time. There is one employee in particular who is dear to our hearts.Her name is Lily Chen, and she and my husband grew up together, and have remained close friends. Any time we go to Cracker Barrel, and she is working, she comes out to visit with us. She is delightful. I have heard other employees there mention on many occasions how, even though she has an office in the back, she often comes out to greet guests, and whenever they are extremely busy or shorthanded, she doesnt hesitate to go out and jump right in to make sure that everything runs smoothly. Even if it means serving food, refilling coffee or anything else that needs to be done. Cracker Barrel is far more than just a job to this sweet lady, its her family, and everytime we visit her store, we are treated like family too. This is an exceptional restaurant, and Lily has a lot to do with that. Thank You, Brett and Elizabeth DuBois

Just wanted to let you know that you have a waiter who is a superstar. I was in Florida from Ohio, and I visited your Jensen Beach location with my 95 yr old Mom on Monday 2/20, and Mom got a little confused with her order. Josh went way out of his way to be kind to her, to get her what she wanted, and to make her smile. Josh seems like a guy who loves his job, loves his customers, and loves his employers. I have great respect for servers - in fact I married one lol - and I know how hard they work. Dealing with the public is never easy, but Josh seemed to thrive on it. I heard him at other tables near us and he was never rattled. Hes fast, efficient, humorous, and thorough. I just wanted to make sure that you know what an awesome guy you have there. Mom makes sure we visit Cracker Barrel every time Im down there, and weve always been super satisfied by both your food and all your servers. You have the nicest people in the state working there. I can 110% guarantee that well keep coming back. Thanks for all the years of great experiences.

Dinner,was bad Took at least 30mins to ask for drinks and wasnt the server,were not packed at all! Waitress was not that great with customer service,have no tip. Mac n cheese for my daughter..no sides? Mine,roast beef,broccoli,salad and sweet potato.. Roast beef was rough and over cooked,sweet potato had mold out and in,As well as the second one. How can you not tell about the patatoes.. Everything tastes nuked.. Ice tee super sweet,gag took it home to be watered down.. The pasta over cooked.. A waste of $20 I would go there for breakfast which is eh ok, French roast extremely dry and bacon under cool and really greasy..

Everyone has a bad day from time to time. Today was one of those days....for Cracker Barrel. I ordered a new menu special because it looked good and I had a sweet tooth that day. When my meal came out, I felt like they did the old bait and switch. I understand that the food will never look like the prop picture on the menu, but my food was not even close visually and the toast was barren for the most part. Ive had better in the past here.

I ordered a lunch to go. Maybe it was an off day or something, but nothing was good on my lunch. The greens were very dry and had a burnt taste to them. The mac not cheese was very soupy. The cornbread that they gave me was really hard. I havent been to cracker barrel in a long time and decided to try them for lunch, I must say that I was highly disappointed and will not be returning to this particular store/branch.

This is one of my favorite places for breakfast. They are always pleasant and efficient, and they have always gotten my order right. The food is good, and always hot when they bring it. I can only speak for the breakfast food because thats all Ive ever gotten there. I recommend Cracker Barrel.

Had my moms birthday. New waitress tried to have an attitude. We were understanding but no reason to be mumbling to yourself about your customers. Got a new waitress she was a lot better . But still train a little more on your associates . Rating more on service than food.

A very good place for home cooking at a reasonable price and a very nice atmosphere! The wait staff are very accommodating and always attentive to our needs. Kristen, our server was very nice and always available if we needed anything. We will definitely be back.

Okay American food. I dont know I guess just the overall politics Outlook of Cracker Barrel is a bit of a downer. I go to this Cracker Barrel only when theres no other option for the people that Im with. And I try to not let that happen.

Love the food every time we dine here. The servers are the best. We are always treated as if we are family and management is amazing. Love the homey atmosphere and the prices are low for the quality and portions of the food.

Going Saturday evening out of a lot of food. Food was good, service was ok, Manager shoukd of been the one to come around and explain out of what we ordered and baking cornbread/ biscuits not the server then busboy

Everyone was great good food and service.The only problem was my husband wanted his hash browns well done and they were not.manager offered to make right.Over all a good experience.Will go back.

I like the food here. Really delicious. But I cant seem to find the "exciting" part of this restaurant. Something that could give me some hype. I will probably come back here again.

It is your typical Cracker Barrel. The service can be slow and often there will be errors. Food is usually pretty good but it is often very loud.
