If I could I would give this store 0 stars... I walk in and the lady at the counter named "Pam" was immediately rude.... told me she was going on break soon so I had to make it quick. As Im walking around the store shes following me an giving me dirty looks. After I found what I was looking for I come up to the counter and she asked me if I even had the money to buy this product.... I of corse said yes. We start talking and she starts losing whatever attitude she had... I just figured maybe she was having a bad day at work and i let it go. She then asks me if I wanted to buy something that would "increase sexual pleasure" thinking shes trying to sell me a new product I asked what it was. I was in utter shock when she told me she was selling X pills!! I couldnt believe it! I asked again what she was trying to sell to me because I thought maybe I had heard her wrong.... nope. Im definitely calling her manager when I have the chance. This is completely unprofessional and wrong!

Bought items SEALED with original seals in place. Took purchase and walked around store too browse some more. Found a better item for $3 dollars less. Asked for refund or exchange, even store credit. Cashier pointed too small sign covered in decorations stating- no refunds, all sales final. I asked why wasnt this told before purchase, manager said we dont take back anything that was used. I replied, I have not left the store yet and the product was sealed. Managers reply was dont care, it is what it is. Why conduct yourself in this manner when the majority of adult novelties are sold online. Its like blockbuster, you should strive too excel with customer service or face the prospect of online retails shutting your walk in locations out. And I have been on Adam & Eve online...prices are much higher than competitors. I walked into this store for one on one help. And left felling screwed, with no lube!

The old lady with glasses who worked there kept glaring at me since my bf and I walked in and she rudely told us not to open the products. After that she pissed my bf off by telling him he had to buy it and didnt even apologize for being rude. THEN she proceded to tell us that WE opened the vibrator box so we had to buy it when I saw her open it at the register. None of them were polite at all. Im not one to leave bad reviews but the service is terrible and the prices arent great either. Definitely would not recommend it.

Apparently they dont carry the rectem destroyer 5000! Such BS! I finally got used to the rectem destroyer 4000 the one that had the grooves in it and was about 6 inches wide! it took me 3 months to stretch it out for the rectem destroyer 5000 and now they dont carry it -_-

The ladies here are very knowledgeable and helpful. Most places are dark and seedy. Not this store. Its very couples friendly, clean, and well lit. I know other reviews on here are pretty bad but I have to say our experience was top notch.
