Forget the negatives you see so far. This place was actually brilliant. We went during on weekday afternoon last week - Monday. Upon arrival, we found there was adequate, SAFE parking and that the parking lot seemed packed. Once inside, we encountered a nice, polite young woman who was in the middle of TWO transactions and was cheerfully helping BOTH with a great attitude. ( Despite the fact that one particular couple seemed to be somewhat difficult.) The store itself was very well organized and clean. It was as if someone with OCD was assigned to do their merchandising. Speaking of merchandise, their inventory was enormous. They had a huge selection, which ran mild to wild with something for EVERYONE. WE noticed the door to the Video Viewing / Arcade. While we DIDNT venture inside the area, it looked VERY BUSY. ( The mystery as to where all the people were for all those cars in the parking lot seemed to be solved just then. My other half, she even joked that it looked like a henhouse - cocks flying in and out frequently. LOL. Finally, and while we are on the subject of that, to address what one couple in a previous interview mentioned and seemed to dedicate almost their entire review trashing this establishment over the Viewing Area/ Arcade - My question and words to you would be - WHAT did you honestly THINK would be going on in there? Seriously. You should probably do your research or a "dry run" before you both went to that type of business. Regardless of what TYPE of business, doing this always goes a long way in reducing any " shock factor" you may have once you experience it in reality. This world is changing rapidly ( for the better ) and you should try to be more flexible in your thinking or simply stay home.

1st time, so I cant say what its like in average, or if this was a bad day for her, but the girl working Sat 17th seemed almost angry and had a look of discust on here face. Didnt acknowledge me, or 2 other customers that came in. I stood by the counter for half a minute while she silently stood 3 feet away lol. Asked her the where, how much and how long of an item and she made that into 3 seperate answers with a what u want dead gaze and facial expression in between each answer. I paid and shopped on. A bit later I stood in line at the cashier again. She was giving the female customer the same angry/blank/deathwish glare while she was looking down in her wallet for her credit card. That girl paid and, while she turned the corner towards the door, the cashier had an openly discusted looking expression at her till she rounded to the exit. My 2nd purchase from this store in a 20 minute stop again made me feel as if I was making an alimony payment to my ex in person lol I tipped her anyway and called it a day. Pro: Clean place, safe and spacious parking. Con: Cashier may hate us all

Me and my girlfriend went up there a couple of weeks ago. Looked around the store. Then we said what the hell its a Saturday night.it free to check out the the theater. So we went into the private rooms and we could not close the door. So there for we could not lock the door the screens were all jumpy pictures on all the screens. There was men out side the door against the wall watching us because we could not close the door to. So we walked out and there was six guys lined up against the wall. So we went over to the open theatre part. We set down on the couch in the back not to draw attention to us. We was not there a minute and guys started setting down all around us. We were being crowded. So we just had to get up and leave. People up the looked like they never seen a real women before. How long before someone get hurts. And the private part. Was not private at all it was a joke. They had little rooms off to one side of the hallway. All the doors were locked and you could see in they were empty. And all locked.

As a regular patron of of pp I was a bit disappointed at that happened today during the lunch hour. A very good friend was visiting the arcade during this time. He accidentally hit his key fob that opened the trunk of his car. The staff members announced that the alarm device was going off on his car. The announcement was that the trunk was ajar and alarm was sounding. He went and shut the trunk to turn it off. Staff then announced hed have to pay an additional 5 bucks to re-enter. Purely accidental and wasnt aware of store policy. Staff was rude and and seemed quite smug about the incident. The polite thing to do would have been to let him re-enter one a one time basis without a re-entry fee. Thats good business practice in my eyes.

Very rude staff, today a friend of mine was in the arcade and accidentally hit the button on there key fob and popped the trunk on the car. One of the staff members came into the arcade and made an announcement that a vehicle in the parking lot had there trunk open... so as my friend went out to close the trunk they were told by staff members, RUDLY to repay again if they wanted to come back in the arcade. What a joke, pure pleasure staff have more consideration for your customers and learn basic respect for others. All my friend wanted to do was close there trunk? Why be so inconsiderate considering the situation.

The atmosphere is very dark and not a good selection of products. Not to mention the people that work there are unwelcoming and kind of like "car sharks." When we first walked into the store they asked me to put my puse in a locker (didnt ask for either of our IDs) & they followed my fiánce and I around the store the whole time and made us feel uneasy & unwelcomed- because of this we were in the store for a short period of time. I wouldnt recommend this store to ANYONE. Id rather go to Todds Couple Store down the street or somewhere in Tampa.

Generally a good experience. However when my trunk opened on accident I was informed Id have to pay to re enter. It was great that an announcement was made so that I could close it, very much appreciated. My issue wasnt as much having to pay again, but an extremely rude response to a simple statement I made. I said "I cant believe I am paying again" and the response was "its company policy and I really dont care what you believe" that shocked me. Undestand the company policy, but customer service was in poor taste.

My wife and I stopped by one evening, just to see if the place had gotten better than last year. YES! It was a Pure Pleasure to meet the new manager/owner. She gave a little tour and explained the new things she has implemented, like the couples free nights. After, we broused the shop, my wife found a dress and movie she just had to have. The staff gave us a relaxed and comfortable visit. The locker for purses, no big deal and is understandable. Thanks, J and A. We will be back for sure.
