I will never in my life buy from Books A Million and i have spent some money in this store. I will not pay money to join there club so i can get points and save money (You pay way to much to be in there club). i feel it is a scam. Also they are double dippers. They do not take items back with out receipts. Its a scam to keep peoples money and the item they wanted to return, to in return sell the same item you tried to bring back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Great books store, pretty much every book i could imagine, great kids section, reasonable audiobook section, and a good selection of toys and games. Didnt try the cafe, but it looked reasonable and had "coffee shop prices". Staff were excellent, really welcoming and friendly even though it was a long sunday for them. Over all, really good experience, with something for everyone.

Would be 5 stars if seating was better.. currently set up to make sure that comfortable seating is in cafe section to entice you sense of smell to spend more. Could use some recliners thrusting make a more enjoyable visit. Also the homeless loitering outside of store is a nuisance.

Really jammed packed now with every topic available. They have a wonderful new toy section....not junky ..kind of the best of the best. Sometimes its good to peruse a book, especially if Im flying as Amazon gives you the titles but not the feel and text size. Impressive selection.

This is one of the best books a millions. I love it so much. I have been coming here since I was a child the staff has always been very kind and helpful. They have a pretty wide selection of books and their patio was a wonderful place to share meal and conversation

They took out the comfortable reading chairs, except the small handful in the cafe. I like to read the first chapter or so before I spend 20 to 50 on a book, to make sure I like it or it is relevant to my current project. The bathrooms are dingy.

Ive been going there since the day it was open. over the years the staff has been consistently helpful. Great place for tutoring and just hanging out with your kids. Good prices and great discounts. And Joes Cafe has excellent coffee!

Nothing beats a paper bound book with no waiting for delivery. Its quiet,neat and organized. However the every 20minute of announcement for free magazines was a bit annoying.
