I have been going to Harbor Freight stores for twenty some years and their catalog before that. I use to go to the store in Mobile, Ala. until they opened in Pensacola and now finally we have our own store. Its a beautiful store and the employees were all friendly and helpful. If you live in the Fort Walton Beach area and you dont know who Harbor Freight is and never visited their stores, I say you should treat yourself and you to will be going for the next twenty years.

Built a new shop, installed a new lathe and Bridgeport mill. Went by Harbor Freight on ME Cutoff to look at their stand up and rolling tool boxes, they had several on sale for a decent price, so for a home shop needs, I bought four big boxes to store the pieces and parts for the lathe and milling machine. Folks were very nice and pleasant plus helpful bringing in the boxes from the back then out to the parking lot and loading the big boxes into the back of my truck.

Good tools at cheap prices. You can buy better tools but for most jobbers they could use these and get the job done. I was a mechanic for many years and use many tools from here. Maybe a few times needing to buy extra tools to get things done. Please double check your receipt before leaving place as I was charged for the FREE items, that we found after my return to home.

Decent tools for the most part but really needs to look at customer service. Also, dont get fooled by the big time discount coupons, because they wont work with some of the larger items. After the treatment today and no offer to help in any way on what I should do to resolve my issue, I am done. Its too bad that 18 dollars ruined our relationship for future business.

Great place to shop for tools. This store was fully stocked (better than other Harbor Freights). The service was great. There was always an employee near by to help you find a certain tool. Check out was fast and smooth. I like the 20% off coupon on one item and the free gift on any purchase.
