This is a giant warehouse size store full of clothing with NO FITTING ROOMS! On top of that, if the clothing does not fit, you cannot return it. I went in there, with a couple other folks, looking to outfit 18 people for a play we are putting on. They actually have someone standing at the door to make sure you do not try to use the bathrooms to try on clothes. He told me that people usually try the clothes on in the aisles. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! I am not going to drop my drawers in an aisle to see if a pair of pants fit me. Besides that, several pieces of clothing we looked at had stains or tears. One mens dress shirt had paint all down the front and they are charging money to purchase it! Some of the suits stunk and I touched one that was gooey. I had to wash my hands. I could not touch my steering wheel like that. Of course, the guy watching the bathrooms made sure i was not sneakily trying to find out if some clothes fit prior to purchase. needless to say, we outfitted our acting troop elsewhere.

I have been going here for a few years now and I love this place. They are geared more towards clothing, and have a ton of it. They do have furniture, housewares, books, but not much and not usually anything you would want unless you are decorating grandmas house. They do have an ok selection of linens, purses and shoes. Never had an issue with staff, cashiers have always been friendly, floor staff doesnt offer assistance, but I never needed any. Prices are usually good, some items are more than I will spend, usually new brand name clothing that still has store tags on it. Not having a dressing room is a definate downfall, but if you where leggings and a tank top you can try most items on in the aisle. Or go with a friend and have them hold up a curtain for you in the back corner by the toys, there is never any traffic back there anyway. I suggest if you go, plan to spend a bit of time, the place is massive and they have A TON of clothing. It is sorted very well though, easy to find a certain color/style if needed.

Ive been thrifting all over the world, and this is one of the worst thrift stores Ive been too. Most everything for kitchen/bath is glass and appliances are mostly broken or with missing pieces. I personally wouldnt touch any of the comforters or linens they just look gross to me. You wait in long lines to find out they only take cash, then they direct you to an ATM machine in the back that charges you $2.50 (which I am certain that the store profits from) plus $3.00 in charges from your own bank. We originally went looking for a bike but they bikes were high-priced and all had flat tires, broken parts and were filthy dirty. In our opinion the cashier was rude when we told her we would come back tomorrow in the a.m. to pay for our items, saying that she wouldnt hold them. We had 5 books that my 6 year old picked out. This is what youll deal with if you go there. Spend your money and time at Goodwill and other boutique thrift stores where youll contribute to charity and receive much better service.

Im not sure how to rate it, im a little frustrated that i had several items of the color tags that was "on sale" yet i was charged the ticket price not the sale price when i asked about it the cashier laughed and said those sales are only for 50 plus people, i said since when because ive always received the sale price. The other thing that bugs me is the bags of toys, why take one toy and separate them? I found the alphie robot and spent 2 weeks on EBay looking for the parts to make it work, if you dont have all the pieces to make it work dont sell it...i have so many toys for my son that are basically garbage because i dont see buying the pieces to make it work when the whole the thing comes out cheaper to buy it all together...and the dressing room???? i was told u have to try the clothes on over your regular clothes HOW AM I TO KNOW IF IT ACTUALLY FITS??? Like a fool i have now have 4 pairs of pants about $22 worth that i cant wear unless i pack on 10 or more pounds....

Im very in between when it comes to this thrift store. The prices are usually reasonable though I do sometimes find items I think are over priced, but the place is huge which makes it a lot easier to find some unique items and the variety within each department is awesome. I would recommend shopping here for clothing because the selection is so large, but unfortunately, their tags are attached by staples and thats one huge pet peeve of mine - its rather a small complaint, but I prefer clothes without little holes in them AND there are no dressing rooms. This location is cash only (my last visit was the first week of Jan. so I dont know if thatll soon change). The parking and maneuvering within the store cause my shopping visits to become rather frustrating and its rare that I receive help when needed. They also have occasional sales on certain color tags like Goodwill. I do recommend this location if youre into thrift stores, but dont keep your expectations too high.

I was very excited to go to this very large thrift store with very fair prices. After finding several pairs of jeans and shirts I went to look for the fitting room.... There was non, I asked the woman up front by the door where I could try the clothes on at, she said nowhere. I was a little puzzled, so I asked for a bathroom and she said that is not allowed. I asked her could I leave one at a time here with you (all she was doing is standing by the door.) She refused. Okay I tried to be reasonable, I asked if I purchase them and go try them on in my car and they do not fit can I exchange them for ones that do "NO" I said if I leave my ID with you and take these 6 pair of jeans to try on and bring them right back... NO!. I couldnt believe it. Even Good will has fitting rooms and the little hole in the wall thrift stores. I couldnt stand the ridiculous service. PLEASE BEWARE YOU CAN NOT TRY CLOTHES ON, RETURN THEM OR EXCHANGE THEM. HORRIBLE

We love this place. The prices are always great and they daily colored coded specials everyday. Ive gotten some very nice designer clothes for me and my family at prices that are awesome. Most of the time their prices are lower than the other thrift stores. Dont get scared away by some of the other reviews. There are no fitting rooms. Ive never had an issue with the staff, but I dont act like Im shopping at Macys when Im at the thrift store. Its always clean. The clothes are very well organized by category and color, so if youre looking for something in particular its not very hard to find. We have 4 teenagers and even they like going because they can find cool stuff that they like. They dont take credit cards. They have an ATM in the building but the charge is $3, so we always go in with cash.
