I wish there was a 0 star rating so I could show just how horrendous of an experience Ive had every time Ive visited this location, Keith the Assistant Manager has outed me on two separate occasions, trying to make me feel like I shouldnt come into the store because I needed to do an exchange. If goodwill is going to have return policies they should teach theyre workers how to implement them. Keith should have been fired the way he talked down to me and the cashier, it not only makes the employees uncomfortable but it also makes the customers never want to come back into the store when they get yelled at for trying to do an exchange. Keeping a baboon like Keith as an assistant manager or even an employee at this store is only going to drive it into the ground. I know customer service, Im a 9-5 manager on salary and own a business, and I wouldnt hire a stuck-in-the-mid-century child like him to take out the trash. Get a clue Keith, you work at Goodwill, trying to talk down to women?

Absolutely the worst Goodwill to visit, not only is the entire place a mess, but the manager Keith is a complete for lack of a better word Moron. He loves to talk down to women, so be prepared to have someone act like they are superior to you. This isnt an environment that customers should have to be in. Keith should be flipping burgers, and not a manger of ANY establishment. WHAT A DISGRACE!!!

I left my paperwork and coffee on the bus bench outside the store...I called Goodwill..the gentleman went outside , found it held it for me..and honestly this goodwill is the cleanest most organized goodwill I have ever visited. All products afre nice and like new ...low prices and the staff was excellent!!!

The selection here is pretty limit and prices arent that great. Its partially luck, but I have never found anything I was looking for here. The used book selection is alright. They are willing to negotiate on prices, which is unusual.

This store has clothes, rugs, home goods, and a large selection of books. There is a nice, wide, covered drive for dropping off donations. The store is usually busy on the weekend.
