I went to drop of a few things today, and came across a pair of lamps in a bin outside, so I asked the gentleman working could I purchase these he said "meet me at the blue doors inside and Ill bring them to you." I walk in and wait at the back at the blue doors, when a lady walks out and ask me if I needed help, I told her no thank you I was waiting on the guy from outside to bring the lamps around. She rudly told me I couldnt do that, because everything has to go through a process..i told her many many times before I have gotten things priced for me to purchase and NOTHING has ever been said. So I walk back around outside when another man was there and I told him I was waiting on the lamps be brought in could he bring them in, he said he couldnt. I told him to get the manager. Keep in mind this is not the same man who has always brought items to me inside the store to be priced. So the manager (Mary) walked outside and said in a very rude voice "you just cant come out here picking things out that you want!!!" "Its against our company policy, and I could lose my job!!!!" I told her many times before I hadnt had any problems, she then tells me no one did that for me at this store, and she just 4 weeks ago SHE (Mary) priced a desk for me that was outside, and she helped bring it in for me to buy. At the beginning of the conversation she told me it wasnt her, and I told her she was lying and she knew it was her. Then she says "yes, it was me I remember now." I told her thats not right how many other time she would price items for me, but today she cant? I have shopped at this Goodwill for years, and I have NEVER had any issues of being disrespected, or issues with a purchase like I did today!! I will file a complaint against her (Mary) and the store!!! If she knew the very first time it was wrong then she should have told me, and never priced the desk for me to purchase! Shame on her!!! Not wait until their is another manager in the store today and she might get in trouble!! I am very disappointed!!

Went one day and bought a hat that wasnt priced. Charged me $3. Fine. Went a couple days later and saw a fishing reel, again, not priced. They refused to sell it to me. The reason they gave was it had to go to the back to be "processed" again. Said it would take 15 minutes. I asked about the prior sale and no one seemed to know what to say except "policy" and dead silence hoping i would leave. I spoke with the manager at length and the whole time the reel sat on the counter while the clerk stared off into the abyss. This could have been resolved in less than 10 minutes but they chose to not make a sale. It was at best a $4 fishing reel but yet i keep getting asked to round up a sale to the nearest dollar? If you dont wont my money, fine, Ill take it elsewhere. Your customer service is mediocre at best and your policies need to be reviewed up to and including a restructuring of all management.

Its a good place to nut used items although some things are priced to high you cam buy them me for just a couple of dollars more i was disappointed today they had an item i really wanted even i got to the check out there was no price tag on it so instead of getting a price she put it under the register and said she cant sell it because it didnt have a tag and said if i want it i have to come back and hope its still there needless to say i wont be going to they good will any more horrible customer service

Sadly this Store isnt organize well. We donate a lot here. The last time we donated the guy picking up the clothes was complaining about doing his job... said, "i hope nobody else comes to donate" funny how we are trying to donate to help our community and provide jobs. He seems very ungrateful. The people working on the inside were nice. We bought some toys. Again the place was very unorganized.

I decided to go ahead and try this store out even after reading Kandys review, but she was right. Its pretty disorganized. Not only that, but everything smelled like baby powder for some reason and I couldnt stop sneezing. At least five shirts I looked at had noticeable rips and tears in them.

Boiling Springs,SC GW has plenty of merchandise. Housewares/furniture area a bit messy but navigable.More shoes than any other. So much so they have to bind them in pairs by rubber bands and put extras on flat tops of clothing racks. No clue why this location has so many.

I love this Goodwill, all of the people who work there are friendly and talkitive. I always fine great deals clothes and furniture. My house has been decorated from things I buy there and paint with Chalk Paint. Youll be happy you shopped there.
