I went there last Friday, July 21st 2017 and the lady working at the Chanel counter, Nancy, was the BEST. She is a sweetheart, a lovely person and I left the store with a sample of the foundation and really happy with her kindness. I loved the foundation and went to the store the following Sunday to purchase it. Nancy forgot to write down the number for me and I had forgotten, so I went there and a blonde-straight-hair older lady, full of bracelets and accessories, treated me like TRASH. I explained to her the situation, that I didnt know the color but wanted to purchase the foundation and she barely talked to me, she was rude and I left there so frustrated. She was the rudest person Ive ever seen in a luxurious store like that. I am so disappointed. You should give Nancy a raise, she was a sweetheart. And you should talk to this older blonde lady, she was the worst. EDIT: forgot to mention that this older lady told me " you should go to Dillards instead"!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO RUDE!

One of the worst Neiman Marcus stores.The worst experience with manager Hopeton and Cathy.I will never go there again.I bought a pair of sunglasses there that were digging into my face badly Hopeton Fyffe explained very clearly to me to take the Sunglasses to a Sunglass Hut to get them repaired. Rather then return them. Hopeton you are a complete failure when it comes to customer service.You talk down to customers you embarrass them.You are a disgrace to the Neiman Marcus Company. Therefore I will never go shoppng there again due to your Poor Service Skills.I will be reaching out to Amber Benazeer at 1-214-573-6175 to discuss your disrespct of Neiman Marcus Customers.

Shame on you Neiman Marcus! My experience in the store on 4.29.17 was quite embarrassing they have certainly lost a customer. Almost from the moment of my entry of the store (my first visit was in in LV shop), the loss prevention dude felt the need to shadow my shopping trip. I then went to make a decision on a few David Yurman bracelets, guess who was there behind me, Mr. Loss Prevention. As we left the store he ensured that we left the store with no goods unpurchased, just rude! I would like to note that my combined household income exceeds 300k, and I can shop ANY where I want without harassment, and it wont be at Neiman Marcus.

I think were extremely lucky to have such a fine store in which to shop. The clothing, of course, is top-notch; the Little Mermaid Restaurant has INCREDIBLE food AND you are served POPOVERS with every meal (think years back....Patricia Murphys - remember? that was the last time I had popovers!!); PLUS salespeople who KNOW THEIR MERCHANDISE AND who greet you by name every time to come to the store. Accommodation is standard operating procedure. Can you want anything more for a shopping experience?

Terrific service, great brands, customer first is definitely their policy. Return an item a year later? Sure! Perfect -- for 1995. The problem is you can find most of these online far cheaper. But alas without that human touch. And forget about ordering and tailoring a suit online. Head to the mens department and let them pamper you a little.

The staff there are always super friendly and accommodating. Somewhat surprising (in my experience) for a place that sells such luxury items! The Mermaid bar is great, and although somewhat busy in the afternoons, always come through with orders on time. Definitely recommend their burgers, grilled cheese, and tomato bisque soup! :)

The most amazing experience Ive had with any retail store ever: I broke a glass table like an idiot and the salesman that approached me asked me if I was allright. They wished me a great afternoon and they didnt charge me for anything. The customer service received was like nothing I have ever seen.

Its not that this store is bad. Its that Neiman Marcus will not allow you to unsubscribe to their email. And they send email all day every day. All you can do is limit it to once a week. I want to eliminate it altogether! That stinks Neiman Marcus!!!
