Old Navy 9/9/15 late afternoon. The entire staff with the exception of a young man by the uniform department was unpleasant. The lady folding clothes in the back by the children section had a terrible attitude even after I came back to thank her for pointing something out that I could not find. Attitude was very negative and nonchalant. The cashiers including the manager do not greet clients, are unfriendly, take too long to check out and give you the impression that they dont want to be there and dont want you there. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Even the clients in line waiting were making comments that the reason for the long wait is that the staff is upset because Old Navy is cutting their hours so they are dragging the clock and taking out their frustrations on customers. I did notice that the staff were only friendly to themselves. Even after a long wait, the cashier did not apologize nor even try to smile. I was helping a customer translate and the manager acting as a cashier immediately took over the conversation without even thanking me or letting me over she was taking over. I stepped away, I was afraid of this lady. The manager is the lady with the tatoos all over her right arm, this is the lady who made me want to just leave because all of her negative and unpleasant attitude. Never coming back here again. I go to GAP and Banana Republic ALL the time and I never had to experience something like this. The people at GAP and Banana are very nice and helpful, OLD NAVY is a nightmare.

Always, always, always, exceptional customer service. An employee who sticks out in particular is "J R". I came into the store with limited time, and although he was busy folding shirts, J R was proficient in delegating the task to another employee while leading me through the store, presenting items specific to my needs. J R is a true professional, and Old Navy has won a new client based on J Rs superior and impressive service.

I always come here, the staff is nice and helpful. They really try to keep the store in order, even with crazy customers. Ive had 2 different employees spend a lot of time helping me find exactly what I was looking for in the store or online.

Waited in line for 25 minutes. Iasked the manager why it was taking so long, her response came off as fake and unapologetic. Oakwood Old Navy is behind in technological times and maybe a shove into the 21st century would do them some good.

I give it a three star because of the young lady name Ruth, who works in the fitting room. She is very knowledgeable about the items, she made my 12 year old daughter feel at ease and as a parent it was nice to see that.

Not really impressed with Old Navy. The clothing is not really inexpensive, yet not made well enough to be worth the prices they charge. H&M has better clothing at better prices.

Waited Waaaay too long in line on a Saturday. Staff was not accommodating in providing an explanation as to why and unapologetic. Great sales but not equipped to handle traffic.

Highly Theoretical

The store is very clean and organized but as a small male, nothing fits me right. Their small size fits like a medium on me and they dont carry xtra small sizes.
