Complaint about Costumer Service, specifically about Associate SAM (Black woman with an attitude; Assoc. # 516779) . We were in line and we heard "Next on 2!" And thats when the attitude started. She asked us, "take off the hangers please." As I was trying to take off a hanger, she just took everything from my hands. I mean, why bother asking for me to take the hangers off if you are going to do it? We didnt say anything, and we only wanted to check out. The way she handled our merchandise was utterly terrible; it was like she would destroy it before I could get the chance to use it. And Ive worked in retail before and I wouod never treat costumers like this; totally unacceptable. Let me just say one thing: if you plan to work in a place that involves human interaction, at least know how to treat people properly prior to turning in your application.

Worst customer service ever with manager patricia, lack of attention and customer wellness she transpires to jer staff. If you dont like your job quite its not he customers fault. You repswting the company name half ass will surely guarantee customers will leave reviews like this one ,and shop elsewhere .

Many of the Ross Dress for Less Ive been at are a total mess, making items difficult to find. Not this Ross! Clothing is neatly organized by size, home goods are placed in a neat and eye catching way, clutter is not a known word here, and the price is right.

Horrible store, dirty and fitting room closes at 10 even though the store closes at 12.30am. So you come in, spend your time walking around and finding clothing go to the fitting room and they said its closed already. Waste of time
