well, how do I star with this journey of deep disappointment. I few months ago, I got a gift from a dear friend of mine, some shoes ( nike ) which he pay 85.60$ size number 9 black and white because he knew that I like solid Colors in general. Well, I was happy because they were really nice but the shoes had little problem for some reason they did not fit me well. so I let the shoes sit IN mine closet with the recipe because like everyone else in life I was busy working, thinking dont worry all you have to do its go to the store and exchange the shoes for a smaller size, no biggy, after a few months I realized dam I Need to do it. SO i went to grab the shoes and I Could not found the recipe. So i decided to call the store and explain the situation at which they respond no problem we can switch the shoes just come over, we will take care of everything. ( No they did not ) I go to the store to be clear the closes one to my home, since They said to me over the phone that it will not make any difference as it occur with many other companies. Once i got there they didnt had a smaller size 8.5 so I decided to grab another shoes of the same value which I didnt like it by the way but it was a better choice then using something that it doesnt fit you at the register they only were willing to give 50% of the value of the shoe at which reply no thank I wont pay something that I dont like. I decided to go to the store where my friend bought the shoes. which it was the one on fort lauderdale, once I got there they Scan the shoes and got all the information but they decided not to do anything because I Could not provided the email on the account which my friend just invented so he wont get the unwanted promotions emails that J CREW sends. at this point I was so angry all this issues just to get some 8.5 shoes. I was not asking for money or anything else just a fucking .. 8.5 shoes. Even TJ MAX will just give you the value of whatever the fuck you bought. but not here in this stupid place. I decided to remove myself from that situation, I got out of the store furious once at the parking lot, I was fuck it, I call corp and at least I let them know that they suck, which I proceeded to do once on the phone they offer me a gift card for the value of the shoes 79.99$ but I have to return the shoes via email and wait 2 weeks. Which I did, after 2 weeks guess what no fucking gift card. once again i have to call and fight for fucking 79.99 dollars like this is a priority well at the end i got the fucking gift card I got some some shoes that I did not like, Because they have terrible inventory not happy at all once I pay the shoes with the gift card they forgot to give me. my change which was 5$ dollars at the end the lose was for 10$ dollars a ugly shoes and 3 weeks of dealing with this company. Thanks for the worst experience trying to switch some fucking shoes

The new J.Crew Womens store is hands-down the finest retail on the entire stretch of Lincoln Road. Offering quality fashions with supreme service, it is a pleasurable shopping experience. The staff is well versed in the world of J. Crew and can help anyone find that one item or the perfect outfit for any occasion. When I first visited the store, I was in awe of the layout, design, and merchandising concept. A much classier take on the traditional J.Crew. I had the luxury of being helped by the in-house visual merchandiser: Remy. He pulled together some incredible outfits that were perfectly tailored to my needs but also pushed me outside of my box in a comfortable yet stylish manner. If hes there when you are shopping around, ask him for help. Average height, skinny, brown hair and glasses. You wont be disappointed.

This Lincoln road location is great. The staff is really nice and helpful. They layout is perfect. Im so glad that they now have a mens section in the back.
