They refused to return my item because the sales woman, Mary Ann, called the manager over and tried to convince her that the shoes that I was returning looked warn. However, I did not wear these those the small inconspicuous scuffs on the bottom were obviously because they were display shoes. The bottoms were not dirty but slightly discolored. The manager is rude. Dont waste your time here, this Rack has the worst selection even though the stuff is organized decently.

Its a great location to find designer merchandise at a good price, the sales associate in green shirts are always friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the management can be very rude. Their treatment of their sales associates can make you very uncomfortable while shopping. They can be described as "Cold Disgruntled"with no customer service skills.

Horrible one of the employees were very rude I asked them a shoe size on seven 1/2 and before I said 1/2 he said look over there like in a very rude voice. Then my mom asked the same man for a shoe and be was polite. I will never come back to this store. I advice you to go to a different one. They acted like trash.

The worst customer service ever, was treated like I didnt belong in the store. I realized its not Nordstrom Rack the store thats bad, its the employees they hire. Therefore I have no choice but to try and understand the ignorance.
