Ive had the most horrible experience here. I purchased a used one year old vehicle that had never been in any car accident, which took 2 days to finalize for whatever reason. Upon signing the contract, I demonstrated several noticeable defects from previous repairs to the paint and alignment of fenders and bumper of the car, which I was assured "had never been in any accident." When I brought it to the attention of the financial manager, he spoke to the used car sales manager and said that in fact they WERE AWARE of this (so the salesman lied just to sell the car) promised to repair the defects. I took the car and within the first day found several other scratches to the bumper and fender, as well as bondo work that was not correctly done and emailed every single bit of it, to the car sales man who did not respond to my email for about 3 days. After emailing him as well as every manager in the location he assured me that he would fix these things as well as what was promised Upon closing our deal. I just received the car back after 3 WEEKS (btw they didnt even offer a car loaner so I had to vent for myself to drive back and forth from school and work everyday) and they did a HORRIBLE JOB. I have scratches under my front bumper that werent even buffed out. It looks like they took WHITE OUT to the plastic and just applied it. Not to mention what was promised was NOT fixed. The bondo work is still clearly visible. I have a streak of chipped paint which proves they in fact DID NOT repaint my bumper as promised. I feel as if theyve taken advantage of the fact that Im a young FEMALE college student and have just simply brushed me and my alleged promises off of their shoulder.

This is my experience. I recently started purchasing parts from this dealer as a business.I have a repair shop and I have 25 years experience. All was good until a part they sold me for $500+ arrived to me defective, I only figured that it was defective after the installation who would think a brand new motor pump for the transmission would be defective it took 3 hours to install another 1.5 hours to take it down I called to obtain a replacement and the answer was well you need to get the car here our techs will perform a diagnostic and if the part is defective we will replace it I said wow thats easy to say on the other end of the phone I have a customer car on the lift waiting for a replacement you send me a defective part and I need to tow the car at your dealer to perform a diagnostic what a joke and what kind of stupid answer is that , who will pay me for my time. Anyways a bunch of incompetent people at parts especially the parts manager they rather lose thousands in future business then to send a replacement . Not only they insult professional shops but they have no respect for shops like mine. I hope my experience can help others dont buy your bmw parts at Lauderdale BMW they dont care when you have an issue they only care when they sell you something. Thanks for reading me.

Having been to dozens and dozens of dealerships over the last two years this is by far absolutely the best experience I have ever had. From the sales man Frank Gicca to his boss the service was five stars. Frank has given me amazing advice on how to save on the lease of my 2015 435i coupe that was unparalleled by the advice from other dealers. What has truly amazed me was his endless patience and uncommon professionalism and respect towards his customers. He has successfully fielded a barrage of questions spanning technical, financial, and insurance industries. His honesty was so refreshing, I began to think he should have become a doctor or social worker. He has never displayed frustration or fatigue in answering these sometimes dumb, other times very technical questions. When he didnt know, he made it known, and has spent hours trying to find the answer from respected sources. His demeanor and smile has made this sometimes frustrating process a pleasure. More importantly, the discount he has given me was extremely aggressive compared to the industry standard. The entire experience was outstanding. I would recommend Frank Gicca and Fort Lauderdale BMW to anyone in South Florida region. Positively absolutely the best!

Awwwwsome ! She restored our comfidence in BMW.!! I recently leased a new BMW from Holman BMW FORT Lauderdale and Amanda Etringham was amazing! I went in spoke with her about what I wanted my monthly payment to be and how much I wanted to put down and with in a very short time she found an amazing deal and we put the deal together in less than an hour! After driving and having purchased in the past 15 years , 4 vehicles from Braman in West Palm Beach and treated horribly the last tIme despite being a recurrent customer and were told lies and almost got into a deal based on false promises, without any kind of regreat or apologize, it was extremely gratifying to find Amanda at Holmansauto I will definetly return to her again and btw will never return to Braman BMW west palm beach. We clearly saw the difference which had nothing to do with BMW itself but with the honesty and customer oriented personnel representing BMW. They should take a look at the difference of the service provide in their name.

I highly recommend working with Amanda Eltringham. She LISTENED to my needs and was able to identify exactly what is was I wanted even before I knew. She searched out a vehicle in inventory that was not yet posted on the internet .. she NAILED it.. the color, the year, the interior. She didnt need to run a "sales" pitch and push a car "special of the day". She was encouraging, supportive and used her knowledge and sound reasoning to guide me through the purchase. I had been shopping for a BMW for 3 weeks and shopped three other dealerships, Amanda was the first sales person to listen and show me the car I WANTED to spend my money on. Amanda has followed up with me in the weeks that have passed since my purchase and even assisted in the resolution of a service glitch. If you are looking for a client advisor to work with you on the purchase of a BMW, I highly recommend Amanda. She is a true Champion of Excellence in service and embodies everything we that love BMW for and have come to expect

We are from Raleigh, NC and were enjoying south FL weather in late Feb 2017 when my 335s check engine light came on late in the afternoon on a Thursday. We made a beeline for Ft Lauderdale BMW arriving at 4:40. Jon Carvalho was assigned as our service advisor. He pull the paper work and listen as I explained the problem He explained he was able to get us a rental and would update first thing on Friday about the status of car. This was crucial since we needed to leave on Sunday. True to his word Jon called and said he believed we would be able to pick our car up on Friday afternoon. Early in the afternoon Jon called again and said the car was ready. We picked the car late Friday afternoon, Jon reviewed the repairs and had the car washed. The only negative was the traffic in Ft Lauderdale, which was not the fault of BMW of Ft Lauderdale. Would recommend the service department of BMW of Ft Lauderdale without hesitation. KFS
