First time buyer. I searched google with intentions of buying my first car and came up with plenty of results. I actually went to two different locations before finding Americas Best Auto, and thank goodness I didnt sign anywhere else. I work very hard and dont have all the riches in the world. I came with a down-payment and some extra income information and they were able to help me tremendously. Even though my certain situation was much more difficult than most, they were very helpful and thorough. They were able to help me get into a beautiful Toyota corolla 2011 that looks great and runs even better. As a new buyer I was cautious because I know I could easily be taken advantage of and I feel totally comfortable with this business. They helped me with a low monthly payment and an option to better my credit. Thank you Americas Best Auto for getting me into my first car (: . I would recommend this place to family and friends alike.

This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Arielles costumer service and knowledge was truly remarkable. I have been to many other dealerships searching for my car and didnt buy because of the level of dishonesty I encountered. At America Best Auto I feel like I was treated like a person and not a piece of meat. They are very professional and their prices are very competitive. Straight thiefs they rob my wife she bought a car there with 2k down a month later call her to tell her she need another thousands down because they could finance the car . She did not know any better and paid it .. I am in miltary orders and she needed the car so they took advantage of her. If a car dealer cant keep up their word the are not worth the trust of no one. Dont go there. I know I should trust those thiefs...lucky them I am not there. Wish I can put zero stars.. glad to put this here less costumers will go there.

Went online and got a price for a car Drove 40 minutes south to go see the car and they tell me that was last years price. Basically the car was now $1500 more. Im pretty sure cars go down in value. Not to mention it was the last one on the lot and then all of the sudden another one appears for cheaper. No thanks. Car had bald tires and he tried to say I could drive it for another year. Im young, not stupid. Avoid these scammers.

This place is horrible. They can not keep there staff. I bought a car in aug it is now December and I am still fighting with them to get my registration that I paid for. They refuse to give me temporary tags. They are very unprofessional never call back and everytime you talk to someone it is someone new because the last person quit. This place is a joke. Not worth the hassel.
