I have donated several times at this location, and have shopped here a few times as well, and the service is usually decent. Yet today, upon trying to donate two full, big boxes of clothing, a dirty-looking, rude gentleman questioned me when I was trying to take 2 carrs out to my car to load up the clothing, and he then gave me an attitude. You stated people kept taking their carts, and I told him I was donating. He then gave me further grief, and tell I gave him an attitude back, and walked out to my car. I loaded up only one car you stated people kept taking their carts, and I told him I was donating. He then gave me further grief, and till I gave him an attitude back, and walked out to my car. I put the clothing in the carts, and walked back inside the store to donate them. Upon doing so, the same grungy looking dude said that he did not know that I was simply donating stuff, and once again told me people kept stealing their cards. I saw no credentials on him, and did not think he even worked there, because honestly, he looked homeless. That guy had such a piss-poor attitude directly solely at me, Im almost turned off on going back. I even told him that its people like me that keep your doors open, because without donations, you have nothing.

I am absolutely thankful for businesses that takes the time to have some care and concern. This is not your typical thrift store is not like Goodwill or your Salvation Army. That receives many donation and I havent seen where they done good in our community my disabled son been trying to get work at the Goodwill for two years now. Life Changes thrift store is exactly what it says life changing I came there asking if they have any unwanted Furniture where I often see it inside the store Mark free. One of the manager said that they actually give out furniture to needy families on a weekly basis. Upon waiting for the free stuff to come the store had a 50% off sale and then I had an unexpected check from Child Support come in about the same time I was fortunately to furnish my sons apartment for a $133.00 so I really wasnt in need is as many things as I thought because of this thrift store is so supportive to their community Im always going to donate anything that I have 2 life changing thrift store in Eustis. Thanks to all the wonderful staff they work so hard

I like that this ministry offers used goods to the community at a decent prices! This is just what a non-profit organization should look like. The staff is willing to adjust prices if an items poor condition was not noticed by them; unlike many thrift stores whos prices appear to be etched in stone! I travel from Orlando once a month to make donates here and encourage friends and family, who live in Mt Dora to do the same. I also noticed they on occasion offer free food and free items. Thanks LCM! Your contribution to the community is unmatched!

This doesnt look like the cleanest thrift store but the building is older and i think the lights probably dont help. That said this is the best local thrift store. It is pretty large with competitive prices and a lot of variety. Quality and condition varies because items are donated. But the best part is watching this store give back to the local community. If someone comes in to the store in need, they do their best to help. I shop there often, donate, save a lot over retail, and enjoy knowing Im supporting such a great group.

Ive always enjoyed shopping at LCM! And with everything they do for the community, I truly am more than happy to make my donations there! The staff is super nice, and always willing to help! My only complaint is that I wish some of the items that use to "decorate" the store was for sale instead of just for "show". There were 3 items I wanted to buy and was told no. Other than that I gave it 5 stars!

Ok, its not the cleanest place in town but this store helps those right in our community. Local families are fed because of this store and although I dont subscribe to the Christian faith, I appreciate that donations are used locally so I like to donate to this store. They accept food as well as tangible goods.

This store is very clean and fresh smelling. It has moved to a new location within the last few months. I have shopped at this store for several years & have found some very nice items. They also help distribute food to the needy on Wednesdays at about noon.
