AMAZING SERVICE for child with allergy!! Great ice cream and perfect setting to enjoy - inside is 50s soda shoppe decor and outside has a nice patio. We were traveling in central FL for vacation (our son has a nut allergy). After visiting Legoland we decided to get some ice cream on the way home. I called ahead to see how "allergy friendly" they were. The owner answered all my questions about cross-contamination, nut products etc. Then when we arrived, he took the special scoop from the back (which doesnt touch nut products) and sterilized it in front of us. ABOVE AND BEYOND. Most staff at restaurants/eateries either dont know their policy about allergies or simply treat the subject as an inconvenience. SH-Boom went the extra mile! THANK YOU!

I absolutely love this ice-cream shop! From the moment you park your car and walk towards the shop your invited with wonderful oldies music and a nice outdoor area to enjoy your ice cream and talk with friends or family. They also have a wide variety of ice cream which with flavors to satisfy anyones tastebuds! I do highly recommend trying one of the milkshakes for anyone who does go Also, the new owner and staff are very friendly and helpful in helping customers find there favorite treat. I came here with my family a couples times and it is now my favorite ice cream shop in town!

Hmmm, the previous review sounds suspiciously like a Stone Cold Creamery owner who might be a little nervous.....I have eaten just about every flavor Moo has to offer and hands down, it is the best ice cream I have encountered. They make their waffle cones fresh, their cakes and pies are made locally, and their atmosphere and theme is top notch. If you enjoy a family friendly and fun environment, along with the pride and quality that only comes from a small, family run business visit Moo. Youll never go to to a chain again

Moo Ice Cream Store: Were always looking for nice places to eat with some character to it. This is it! Great ice cream, fresh made cupcakes, cookies, cakes. Fresh made waffle cones and great atmosphere. Not really pricey at all. Friendly family owned business, not a chain store. Cute decorating and if you want to relax a bit outside, they have 6 rocking chairs.

Im obsessed with this place. Ive gone there three times in the past month, and its honestly such a chill hangout place for my friends and I. The music makes me feel like I went back to the 60s-70s. I definitely plan on going here more often. The ice cream is delicious and is sure to fix that sweet-tooth craving. And the atmosphere cannot be beat! 10/10 amazing!

Second time Ive been there. Come to Orlando every year and found this place with my team two years ago. Was able to make it back on this trip and it was just as great. I ate myself into a food coma last night with Sh-Booms being the last thing I could fit in my stomach. Completely worth it!

What a Gem. After dinner last night we went for a walk and found Sh-Booms. The ice cream was not only just fantastic, but the old school charm of the place just make it special. The staff was very friendly and above all the ice cream so great we had 2 servings. A definite Yes for ME !.

While the ice cream is good the customer service is not good. Unprepared staffing that reflects towards how they treat their customers. The Groupon they offer is very misleading and instead of owning up to it they disrespected us after spending $45 in ice cream.

Used to be Moos, now it is Sh-booms. They are a cool little ice cream shop with a retro feel. Ice cream was pretty solid; had quite a few sugar-free flavors and many unique flavors. The girl who was working there was very nice and their prices were very good.

GREAT Ice cream! Nice friendly people! Clean and nice seating area; cow/moo themed decor. Creative cupcake designs, showed us a cool cow made of some ice cream or something similar. Definitely looking forward to returning to satisfy my sweet tooth!

A trip to central Florida isnt complete without stopping at SH-Booms Ice Cream Parlor. Delicious ice cream...our favorite is Elephant Ears and Moose Tracks, while listening to a juke box! You can even get your picture taken with the Rat Pack!

They could use more happy and less timid workers. The place looks fantastic! and my ice cream was delicious ! they carry a variety of flavors. The place is neat and clean.The price is just right. Not to cheap and not to expensive.

Just ate on the way home to Tampa from Disney. Unbelievable ice cream, great 50s atmosphere, extremely nice staff (think it was the owner), will definitely have to make this another stop on my frequent visits to Orlando!

Ever since the new owners took over, this place is awesome. Great customer service, superb atmosphere, and quality of ice is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for a 50s old school feel and a good time.

This shop has excellent ice cream and their menu is tremndous. The Donut Bliss they offer is uniquely tasty. I enjoyed the atmosphere of tbe shop very much as well! I would absolutely recommend this shop to everyone.

No longer owned by the same people. Used to go there for the amazing baked goods and everything was made from scratch. Now the cold case is empty and the ice cream is nothing special. Its a sad day in Davenport.

Really doesnt get any better in the davenport, Haines city area a bit pricy but cant beat great service and amazing ice cream !!! A must go for ice cream.
